He prides himself on his work and satisfied customers are his ultimate goal. He's very laid back and a calming and cheerful presence in the midst of the upheaval a new roof inevitably entails. An example of his going above and beyond: we thought there was some leakage into a house and Frank came down specifically to check it out. Before we arrived to meet him (it was my mother’s house) he got up on the roof and blew out the gutters for us. It turned out rain was blowing in through a gable vent and Frank offered to have a hood fabricated and shipped to us for us to install. Who else would have taken the trouble to rectify a problem not of his making? We recommend him without reservation."

"When we bought our house, we immediately wanted to do a full remodel to change pretty much everything. Something that I didn't like at all was the wood floor it had. They looked like they had not been touched in years , all scratched and worn. My husband and I started to look for a professional company to do the job. We came across Martinez Wood Floors because they were working on the neighborhood, so we asked them for a card, did some research online, and gave them a call. Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. I chose to hire these guys because I had previously purchased a "deal" by these guys, which was for 2 painters for a day, and I was very impressed by how hard they worked and what they accomplished in the designated time. So I hired them for more work I needed done. I had no difficulty scheduling. Mr Massarone and his associate were very professional. They arrived on time. This was a big and difficult job that included removing 1970s wallpaper which had been applied on almost every surface, including the kitchen ceiling. It did not strip easily. These guys did an absolutely beautiful job. The kitchen ceiling is flawless. You would never imagine what it used to look like. They finished on time. They were very neat. "The details and craftsmanship of the entertainment center are "A Piece of Art!".  You can tell that the craftsmen who built the unit were meticulous in cutting, assembly, and staining of all pieces.  We were presented samples of stained wood to ensure the stain we choose would blend well with our wood floors, draperies, paint, and existing furniture/cabinets.  The team did an outstanding job ensuring all grain ran in the correct direction during staining and assembly.
Custom metal door inserts were designed and beautifully powder coated. The metal inserts enhanced the doors and brought out the color of the wood.
The installation team was extremely professional and thorough.  As most  of the houses in Florida are build with many imperfections, this team took all of the necessary steps to work around the imperfections to ensure the entertainment center appears to be a complete integration of the wall.  They prepped all of the cabinets to allow for cable runs for the AV equipment. Upon completion of the install, the team thoroughly cleaned all areas inside and out.
My wife and friends are amazed at the beauty of the completed project.  It truly is "ART WORK" and we will enjoy looking at this lovely piece of furniture for the rest of our lives.

"Luke did an EXCELLENT job! His estimate was fair and didn't change mid-job. He was at my home every day at the time he said he would be and worked through the day and kept us abreast of his progress and what he would be doing the next day. Every day when he left, he cleaned up anything he used and left no mess (really we left a bigger mess). He removed the shelving systems in the closets and replaced them when he was done, moved all the heavy appliances and furniture and really, once he left, we were left with a beautiful home and no signs he was ever there. He is professional, polite and a very talented young man. We already have plans to hire him for additional projects. Choosing this young man would not be a mistake. We are amazed at the work he did and this was definitely money well spent. Thank you for your work Luke!"
