"I have used Htowne for multiple projects, the latest and largest was a two-bedroom second floor addition over the master suite (itself an earlier addition by a previous owner) in our 1930's vintage home in Eastwood. They were able to take the project from a loose "hand-waving and pointing" idea in my head all the way through design, structural engineering and architecture to completion and incorporate the ideas and desires we had for the space. They went above and beyond to make sure the rest house remained livable and unmolested since we stayed in our home (with kids!) through the entire process (though we did have to give up our master suite for a couple months). "We worked with Adrian (owner of MAZ Contractor Services) on bathroom remodeling for both the master bath and guest bathroom. Both of the bathrooms were old and dated. It was a gut job and total renovation for the big bathroom, converting tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower. The second bathroom was remodeled on a budget (new granite countertop, new paint, new LVP flooring, new epoxy paint for the bathroom wall tile, new LED ceiling light). The final results from both bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL! They look high class with high quality finishes, great design and color scheme. We are very happy and satisfied with the remodeling and the price. These are the things that set Adrian and his company/crew apart from other construction groups out there: 1) Once they start the work, they come every day to work on it. If there is a waiting time (for custom countertop or seamless glass installation), they let us know clearly when and why. 2) Their work is high quality! The tile installation is extremely well done (my dad used to work in tiles so I know). And everything else is done at a high standard. 3) Adrian is on top of the project, organized, is great with communications. We felt very comfortable discussing design options with him and changes during the project. 4) Adrian and his crew kept the mess to a minimum during construction and were timely when they showed up for work. 5) Adrian and his crew can do other renovation or home improvement projects, so we asked them to do exterior repairs and painting. The house looks brand new outside! 6) Adrian is transparent about his prices. The estimate was reasonable, and as we kept adding more things to the project, the additional cost was reasonable. We finished 2 bathrooms remodeling and a complete exterior update seamlessly with Adrian and his crew. No delays, no drama, no hidden costs, no communication issues, no headaches. "We had a great experience with Rigo. He and his crew were very friendly and did a great job. They replaced our front and back decks, repaired a leaking pipe, changed several light fixtures, removed an old dish network dish, hung and painted several doors, and mounted a TV. They had to break the wall out and frame it for the mount and it looks exactly like it did before. We will definitely have them back when we need them and have already spoken to them about remodeling our kitchen next year."
