Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. Our new home is beautiful and we're very happy with how it turned out, thanks to David and all the crews at So Cal Builders."

"After an extended time out of state, we came home to a busted pipe in our kitchen, with standing water destroying a number of our cabinets and wood floors. After dealing with some initial insurance headaches and repairs, we figured we might as well do some additional, much needed updates in our home while we were already inconvenienced by the construction zone that had taken over our kitchen.
