The old pool house old building had issues that were revealed as work progressed, and Ani gave me quotes for what each repair would cost. He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. He was clear and direct, which is how I like working with someone. I would recommend A&K construction and will definitely hire them again for future projects."

"We hired Farzad to demo a bedroom in our house that had some old paneling and popcorn plaster ceiling. He installed new drywall in the entire room, added some electrical outlets, installed new trim, a new window, new door and LVP flooring. He did an amazing job! "I was very surprised that I had to take care of all the garbage left, after the work was finished. We did not ask and he did not tell us up front who will remove the garbage and there was 12 ,30 gallons bags. Doors that were put in was not painted, and to finish stairs - extra money. ( they were not finished in a professional way) Unfinished area of basement was not protected and there was so much dust that we have to clean. Workers that work for this company are fast and hard working. No complaints here. We asked him to replace 2 ceiling lights with 2 fans . He said it is like 5 hours of work because he needed to install brackets (cost $450). On the end brackets already existed there, he did not needed to install them, everything was done in 1hr and 15 min, and we paid $400."
