"Very professional from my first interactions with Footprints Floors. I had to cancel and re-schedule my estimate multiple times due to delays in my project and it was no problem. They got my project done only 2 days after I told them I wanted to work with them. Very pleased with the results! I even had an issue with some of my mail falling onto the floor (my mail slot comes in the house through the living room wall) when it was still wet. I didn't find it until the next day and pieces of the envelope and stamp were dried into my brand new hardwood finish. Jon came over right away and fixed the issue with no additional cost.
