"I can?t say enough good things about my experience with Total Remodeling! My bathroom was seriously outdated ? we?re talking original tile from the '70s ? and I knew it was time for a full remodel. I wanted to get rid of the old tub and upgrade to a walk-in shower, and honestly, I?m still blown away by how amazing everything turned out. From the very first meeting, the team made me feel like I was in good hands. I had met with a few other companies before making my decision, but Total Remodeling stood out right away. They really listened to what I wanted and gave great suggestions without being pushy. The whole process was quick, smooth, and totally stress-free. The crew showed up on time every day, kept everything clean, and the attention to detail was next level. Now my bathroom looks like something out of a magazine ? I still can?t believe it?s mine! If you?re even thinking about remodeling your bathroom, don?t waste your time shopping around like I did ? just call Total Remodel"

"Initial meeting for estimate went well, but custom skylights were proposed.  Since they knew the source of the windows, they could make them to fit exactly the shafts the old ones were fit to.  Estimated completion of the entire project - 3-5 weeks, depending on the delivery of the skylights.  From that point, I had ti initiate calls to check status every week starting week 3.  Responses were "not in yet".
Once delivered to their warehouse, we got another week delay/  Explanation was plausible - this work needed their best crew, which were on a project that was extending. Expecting a two day effort.   Then we were facing weather delays (both on that project and mine).  When they did show (rain predicted for following day), the crew was very efficient in stripping off old shingles, extending the eaves, and installing the new skylights.  Managed to cover the roof with ice shield before leaving that evening, in the event..  Completed the rest before the rain came the next day.
First - they removed the gutter to do their work, but it was not their job to replace it.  Second, the corner trim, which was to be replaced was also not theirs to do.  Third, the additional aluminum wrap took another crew, which was not currently scheduled. So my calls to the office initiated those processes.  The wrapping was done, but corner boards were "special", so they needed to come out an determine what they needed to be.  I had provided them the details at the initial estimate meeting, and again, in my e,ai response to the company, including the webpage and measurements for the AZEK product they needed.  Still came out to measure, and was surprised that they were what I told them they were.  They needed to order and install.
That process took another week, and they did the actual installation on Sunday.  Since we were not living in the house at the time, I needed to make special trips each time, one hour each way.
In all the 3-5 week project took over 10 weeks, and then only because I kept on them.
Finally - the work was very well done.  Each individual crew did their piece with professionalism and expertise.  Very pleased with the outcome.  The only issue I have is with the coordination and communication from the company.  Seemingly unaware of the timelines, coordinating supplies and timing.  They continued to use the incorrect address and phone number when trying to contact me, which added to some frustration (major)  and delay (minor).  I had used them on previous gutter projects - their LeafGuards are excellent..  If you make it simple, they should be able to complete the project with little concern.  My custom skylights created a real issue for this one.

"Very satisfied with the basement remodel. Very professional from beginning to end. Its been 2 years and still loving it."

"Timber and Meghan were great to work with. The price for the work was extremely reasonable and Timber was very flexible and creative with solutions. The original plan was to power wash and treat the existing fence and pergola. Timber suggested going over the old fence with a new fence and building a new pergola. The overall cost for these changes was pretty much the materials. We provided Timber with a photo of a pergola that we found on line and he recreated it flawlessly. I cannot praise Timber highly enough. We are thrilled with the new deck. One of our friends is a retired home builder who is never impressed. He had nothing but praise for the quality and craftsmanship of the work. We already have plans to engage Timber for additional projects. PS We had to order a new dishwasher while Timber was here. He installed it for us and took the old one away."

"I recently worked with Ernest and his team at Above & Beyond Remodeling to remodel my basement, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Ernest was professional and attentive throughout the entire process. He really took the time to understand my vision, and the team executed it perfectly. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the project was completed on time. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new basement and would highly recommend Above & Beyond Remodeling for any remodeling needs!"

"Kurt was great. He communicated on a daily basis and kept and clean workspace. I appreciated his flexibility and honesty as well. I initially though we needed to replace a sliding glass door, but Kurt was honest and advised that he could repair instead of replace saving me a great deal of money. Also, In the middle of completing a list of necessary repairs I received a letter from the insurance company advising of an additional item in need of attention. Kurt was able to quickly provide an estimate for the additional task and find time in his schedule. I would be sure to contract with Kurt for any future projects."

"Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."

"Josh did amazing work repairing our ceiling in the sun room after a leak. He was communicative and pollite and very affordable. He cleaned up after he was done. We even hired him a second time to power wash the outside of the home . It looks brand new. I would hire him again as we continue to remodel our home!"
