He even took the time to create a custom threshold that transitioned the floor from tile to carpet! They cleaned up the site very well once the job was done and even vacuumed out our garage which he used as a work area. I would HIGHLY recommend Smith Remodel and Construction! He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

"Job went perfectly once we were able to get our calendar and Tim's calendar to match. His crew was prompt, professional, hard working and did a very thorough clean-up. Resolved the improperly roofed areas with 30 yr. rubber membrane.....which no other roofer suggested or recommended. Increased attic ventilation with installation of ridge vents. Installed ice/water shields under valleys and all eves. Because of threatening weather he was conservative in stripping off the old shingles and brought in additional crew to ensure completion of shingling prior to possible storm. Charges were to the penny of the written and detailed estimate which wasn't the lowest or highest but the most complete written estimate we obtained."
