We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. "I purchased a Big Deal in the fall of 2013. Scott came out and reviewed what I wanted and suggested what he could complete in the hours I purchased in the Big Deal. I was happily surprised with the amount of work he could do for the price. He also worked up a few very reasonable prices for other projects I need to do later. The bad news was that it snowed early in the fall and never stopped until spring 2014. When Spring finally came and the snow melted, we could finally schedule the cleanup, 6 months later. Scott still honored the Deal without any additional charges. The day of the cleanup, the crew arrived a little early. I reviewed that I wanted a large area of overgrown ivy removed and a border and overgrown planting area around a tree removed. They completed everything I asked, which was even more than I expected for the time allotted. They leveled all the areas so all I had to do is seed, cover with straw and water. They took the debris with them and left the areas neat and tidy. Scott called me later to make sure I was happy, but I have not had a chance to let him know how satisfied I am. I would use them again, once I can decide which project I need next.
