The Arta crew always came to work prepared and with a "no nonsense, get to work attitude" that you appreciate. They value your time and money invested in your project. Our estimate was very reasonable and we stayed perfectly on budget. I highly recommend Arta for projects big and small. They are true artisans and craftsmen and take pride in doing things right and making it right for thier customers. My building super asked if my apartment could be used as a showplace for neighbors to see during construction because it was asked about so often when word got out about our progress. All of our expectations were exceeded. There was never a question or change we asked for that was ever refused. We have already engaged Arta to renovate another apartment for a family member. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. "TKT Remodeling Group LLC is professional, fast & responsive, and very skilled in their work. They did an incredible job replacing our asbestos tiles in the boiler room, leveling out the floor, and adding tiles. They also installed an excellent fire proof door for the room, and fixed our dryer vent so that it was up to code. Additionally, they installed 4 mini splits in the house. They were very diligent in their work and quality control. After the installation they tested all the units and found out one was malfunctioning. They immediately called the supplier to help us get a new replacement unit, advocating on our behalf and pushing back against the supplier's suggestion of simply replacing a part in the malfunctioning unit, and had it replaced in one day. They go above and beyond in all aspects of their work and are very pleasant to work with. We are incredibly satisfied with their fast, and efficient work and highly recommend their services. We'll definitely be using them in the future for any home projects!"
