"Everything when smoothly and quicker than we could have expected. Our initial contact with was in early January. While the work was initially scheduled to be completed late February, Carl (owner) was able to push the work ahead a few weeks. Build time covered approximately two weeks. During the first week, the existing cover was removed. A cap was put on the existing patio by a contractor who works closely with Sheds and More (approx $2600 in addition to the $15000). The build started at the end of the first week and was completed by Wednesday of the following week. We are extremely pleased with the design execution. We asked for a non traditional wooden design and provided pictures of what we wanted. To complicate matters, the roof slope has a very low slope and there are two opposing roof lines in one of the corners. We wanted a ceiling height that would let us install ceiling fans. The other builders we talked to could not meet all these requests. Carl has been friendly, profession, and flexible. The crew working the job were timely and efficient, working with us as much as possible when any questions arose. While the costs may appear be a bit higher than expected, the quality of the finished product make it an extremely good value, in our opinion."

"I chose to work with GG Remodeling because of the fair price and availability. I was preparing my home for sale and Gustavo and team were eager to help me knock out my punch list of TODOs, no matter the size of the project. Gustavo was incredibly responsive throughout the project and his team did good work. As with all projects, there were a few hiccups - but Gustavo always helped me understand my options, presented his recommendation, and ensured we were aligned before moving forward. The pricing was competitive to the market and transparent to me up front; I will say that the pricing for 'add-on' work was less transparent and not shared until the work already started or was near completion. This was my only complaint - and even then, I believe the pricing was fair, I only would have liked to know the price of add-on work before starting work. In summary, I very much enjoyed working with GG Remodeling and would recommend him to anyone seeking a qualified and capable contractor."

"We unfortunately experienced a house fire and the home was gutted down to the studs. Allan was great to work with. Allan and his guys really care about their customers and the quality of their work. They are true craftsman. Changes and surprises came up, but we always received good communication and recommendations on the path forward. They were dependable and professional throughout. We truly wouldn't have made it through without them. These are the contractors you actually want to work with!"
