"Phil and the entire crew were excellent from start to finish. They are true professionals, with great attention for details. Our project was extensive with several stages, but Phil kept in close contact with us the entire time. Always easy to reach, attentive, and quick to respond to our questions or ideas. The team from Paintworks, their painting company made our walls look perfect. Every person that worked in our home was professional, kind and felt like family by the end. Every day ended with a clean-up of the entire work space. They cared for and respected our home like it was their own. We cannot say enough good things about Swartz Builders and Paintworks. We highly recommend them and we will call upon them again in the future for other projects. Our home is absolutely beautiful and we are proud to have friends come over!"

"Larry built a great deck for me! He is reliable, pleasant and knowledgeable."

"I recently added a 2nd bathroom to my home.I am beyond pleased with the results. Paul and crew were there every step of the way. The room was finished exactly as I wanted and they also made several suggestions to make it look better. They took care to protect all the surrounding areas, and cleaned up everything when they were done. Thank you guys"

"Frank and his team did an awesome job of remodeling our rehab project in Shelby Township. The property was recently listed on the market and we have received rave reviews on the work and craftsmanship of the remodel. I was very pleased with all faucets of the project as he kept me apprised of all details from the beginning to the end. He was fair with his pricing and even went beyond the scope of work to do other repairs that he was not compensated for. The work was completed in a timely fashion and I am very pleased with the results. We are so excited about doing business with US-Tech that we are looking for other properties in the area just to be able to work with Frank and his team again. I feel very lucky to have established a great relationship with Frank considering we made this selection on Angie's List. Kudos to US-Tech for being an outstanding company that stands behind their work."

"We selected this company to finish our basement because the quote was way lower than the other big companies and talking with Xhulio about the project, it just felt like a good fit. And it was! He was very kind, patient, and accomidating to any and all ideas and concerns. The process was smooth, they catered to all our needs and the results are amazing!! We had our own design plan and he and his dad, Jimmy followed them to a "T". They produce quality work, but very quickly. Very detailed and clean up after themselves each day. They let us paint our own cabinets for a full kitchen and seperate bar, and they installed them for us. They felt like family to us. My husband and I definitely recommend them and have referred them to others already! Great value!!"

"I was perfect they arrived and also view the issue and provided a great affordable quote for the service very professional and we hired them on the spot to fix our plumbing issue I highly recommend them."

"Joe has done work at our house twice now and we are talking with him about additional projects. He hung pictures for us, mirrors, did spackling and painting. We are now talking to him about adding flooring to our basement. We’ve been really happy with his work!"

"Great experience working with Clean Cut, Inc. I would hire them again. John has wonderful communication skills which is very important to me when I hire companies to help me with home projects. John listened to what I wanted done in our back yard with many ideas and suggestions. His team who installed the trees, river rock, and other shrubs around our house were very professional and cleaned up when they left. If you are looking for a great landscape company give John a call. You will be very happy with the design and the quality of the plants, trees, and shrubs that they deliver."

"Good people, good ideas- working on the basement now!"
