Mr. Everett listened closely to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. He not only pointed us in the right direction for the big things like counter-tops, but also for the backsplash, drawer pulls, and lighting fixtures. All our work was done efficiently and Mr. Everett's team went above and beyond whenever an unexpected problem occurred. I am confident that all the work was done thoroughly and that I will not have any problems in the foreseeable future. The same team arrived promptly at my house every day and worked diligently so that the job was done in the time frame originally quoted to us, despite some additional plumbing work that was necessary. Because the same workers were in my house everyday, I felt comfortable coming and going and knew that my house was in good hands. If I ever had a question or concern about anything, I would text Mr. Everett and he would always get back to me very quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He was also very quick to come to the house if anything was ever needed. I have not experienced such great customer service with any other company. The materials used for our new kitchen are beautiful, and I feel that we had everything done for a very fair price. "Balteza Property Services were given a project to remodel the entire bathroom from basic tub to rain shower model. We were greatly impressed by the quality, momentum and high degree of professionalism. The entire working crew were very punctual , diligent and responsible in their entire process of remodeling. They did a great job in stripping everything down, making repairs that were needed due to some previous water damage, and installing new vanity, light, and bath accessories. I had some other small handyman repairs that were taken care of as well without issue. All work was done within the time stated and done well. I would use them again. The only minor issue was the the wax seal for the toilet apparently moved after about a month, but they came back out and replaced it without issue."
