"Did a outstanding job and would hire again"

"The construction done by Lucky and his sons was excellent! The new addition was built stronger than our house! I don’t know that we could have a better job from anyone else. We met Lucky after speaking with 8 other contractors, he had already googled our house so he had an idea of the job before he got here whereas the other contractors wanted pictures first. I liked his confidence and knowledge and he was also an engineer which was reflected in his workmanship. His design was better then we expected or even thought of. As a general contractor he doesn’t always do the site work but he was here much of the time checking on the job. His two sons did most of the hard work and not only were they extremely knowledgeable they were very pleasant to have working in your home. Lucky expected a lot from any of his subcontractors any made sure it was done right and calling them back if he wasn’t satisfied (the concrete guys did a sloppy job on the exterior concrete, not affecting the construction just the outside look of it. Lucky made them come back and fix it without us even having to ask. Anything we asked he went above and beyond to do. Lucky’s contract was the most detailed contract we’d seen protecting both parties. The job took one month longer then expected which I’m sure is normal in construction but due to issues out of his control, like two hurricanes. His initial quote was within the same range as most the others. The job ran $5,000 over budget but that was due to changes made and cost involved was explained first with the option to move forward with it or not. Things like we were going to try and save an existing sliding door that was 28 years old we changed to a nice French door that of course was an additional cost. A budget was set up and explained at the signing of the contract and some things ran higher then projected like concrete, the family room was built over an existing Florida room so the concrete had to be leveled to bring the floor up so there was no longer a step down which cost more. The budget cost was based on a step down which we changed deciding wanted it level. Extra costs were from our changes. If we had not made changes we would have been on budget. I don’t think construction is ever a pleasant experience but I think Lucky and his team got us through it. We most certainly would hire him again."

"They were always on time. He Always cleaned up behind himself. Very nice and polite. The quality of the work is great. We are using them again for our master bathroom remodel and then on to the kitchen remodel after that. We would highly recommend them for any of your remodeling needs. Easy financing also. Do yourself a favor and hire them you won't regret it."

"Unable to remodel with my size shower"

"Our lanai enclosure looks beautiful and the custom windows they installed are super strong. (really thick) The enclosure is so well insulated we just keep our main doors to the lanai open and our house hvac system is handling the cooling with hardly any additional cost. Highly recommend CMusick Construction."

"The best decision for our project! Working with this company on the construction of our new home renovation and addition was an incredible experience from start to finish, what impressed us most was that they didn't just handle the actual construction; they actively assisted us from the design planning phase, contributing brilliant ideas to optimize the space. They are an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced professional team, but what truly sets them apart is his humility and patience. Specially Jesus, he always listened to our concerns, explained every stage of the process clearly and honestly, and never made us feel pressured. Their attention to detail, budget transparency, and quality of work far exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a trustworthy contractor with impeccable technical knowledge and outstanding personal character, we recommend him with complete confidence."

"Terry McMullen is extremely professional, courteous, neat and clean and very reasonably priced. We had molding installed in our whole home, 2200sf+ and the job was done in an extremely timely manner. My home was left spotless and the work was flawless. I highly recommend Terry! Our neighbors stopped by and were in AWE of our new molding and instantly wanted Terry's business card. We are having him back to remodel our sunroom very soon. I would never use anyone else after finding Terry! We are very satisfied!"
