"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

"We just finished a home addition with BMR Belmax Remodeling, and we could not be happier. We have worked with many contractors over the years, but Max and his team were the best by far. From the first meeting, Max was involved every step of the way, making sure we were happy with the progress. He provided detailed architectural drawings and a 3D rendering that made it easy to picture the final design. Max handled everything—from permits and materials to planning and organizing the project. Our addition included a new kitchen, bathroom, living room, deck, and laundry room. Even with such a big project, the process was smooth and stress-free.The quality of their work is amazing, and they were so easy to work with. We are thrilled with how everything turned out and highly recommend BMR Belmax Remodeling!"

"First Class did a great job finishing out our kitchen remodel. There were a number of items left unfinished by another contractor that had to be addressed. There was a custom tile installation that was done beneath a bar that looks out incredible. In addition there was installation of wire-mold under cabinet outlets, trim work, tile backsplash repair, spackle and painting. First Class showed up on time, performed high quality work, cleaned up after every visit and worked within a reasonable budget."

"Calco did a great job from start to finish! Leo did a great job helping us design the new shower stall. Jarod came in to do the final measurements and give some additional suggestions for the design. Pierce and Valero were my installers. They did an incredible with the installation. They explained everything they were expecting to accomplish, from demolition to the finishing touches on the job. Pierce and Valero did a great job with the cleanup, too. They left nothing behind. This review wouldn't be complete without acknowledging Val. She kept everything on track and kept an open line of communication from start to finish. I would highly recommend Calco Design and Renovation for your bathroom remodel!"

"Rafael did a wonderful job remodeling two bathrooms, installing hardwood flooring, and making various updates to an older condo. He was great to work with and we are very happy with the outcome of his hard work."

"The 2 men that did most of the remodel did a great job and picked up after they were done."

"We originally approached Bella Brothers as well as four additional potential contractors last December to give us estimates to remodel our hall bathroom and our master bathroom. The hall bath was updating the room from its original makeup from when the house was built in 1979. The Master bath was a bit more involved as we wanted to go from a small bath with a shower, toilet, and single vanity sink in about 50 square feet to a bath with a larger shower, a soaking tub, two vanity sinks, and a toilet in about 100 square feet by knocking out a wall and using an underutilized dressing area next to the bath. Each of the five contractors gave us estimates after coming to our house and viewing the existing baths. Bella Brothers was represented by Arsan. He came and listened to what we were looking for and then took that information back and developed some options and suggestions for us to look at. At that meeting in the Bella Brothers offices Arsan presented a great plan, but more importantly, he listened to our questions, concerns, and issues as well as our likes about the proposals. Rather than force his ideas and thinking on us, he listened to what we felt and wanted. While Bella Brothers estimate was not the least expensive the advantages of going with them and being able to pick out most options for tile, granite, cabinets, fixtures, etc. right in the comfort of their showroom was a big plus. This said, we signed the contract with Bella Brothers in late January. As our cabinet choices were custom and we also had to go through the process of applying for permits from our township for the master bath, Bella Brothers were not able to begin work until the end of March. During the waiting time, Eric, the Project Manager, kept us well informed and not in a vacuum as to what was going on during the lull. The hall bath was the first project to be done. The crew of Dennis and Kevin (who were here almost daily during both projects were fantastic. There could not possibly be more courteous and mindful workers that you could come across. They always arrived promptly on time and made the extra effort at the end of each day to clean up the workspace to prevent disruption as much as possible to my wife and my daily actions. From start to finish, the hall bath took about three and a half weeks. This was for removing everything in the existing bath and taking walls down to studs. New green board was installed and then all fixtures, tile, and cabinets were installed as well as plumbing updated and all was then painted. With the hall bath done, my wife and I could move into a guest room and use the hall bath as work on the master bath commenced. The master bath took almost three times as much time. However, it was a much more daunting undertaking and working around the local township permit requirements for building, plumbing, and electrical created their own challenges as we went through the waiting time needed for initial inspections and final inspections. The work done by Denis and Keith, Chris (plumbing), and Jack (electrical) was outstanding and the outcome is something both my wife and I could not be happier about. Attached are both pre-and post pictures of these two bathrooms. I think they show the fantastic job that Bella Brother did for us."

"After thoroughly researching and receiving bids for our master bathroom remodel, we chose Dan to complete the work. There was certainly some hesitation to hire anyone, as we had never hired a contractor before. The hesitation quickly disappeared. Although somewhat quiet at times, Dan is professional and friendly. Dan is certainly well qualified in all aspects of a remodel job, and he really shines as a master tiler. Dan's work is impeccable. He is very detail-oriented, and understands the different challenges that can be faced during the entire process. Due to a lighting issue with the sun coming through the skylight, Dan noticed after installing subway tile on one of the shower walls that the wall was bowed, causing several tiles to be out of alignment, which was only noticeable when the sun circled the skylight, leaving a noticeable shadow. He pointed this out to us, and took the additional time to correct the issue by tearing out the affected tiles and redoing them. Dan's estimate was well below the other two bids we received, making our remodel project a great value. Dan was provided a key to our home, allowing him to come and go as needed during the day when we were at work. Dan respected our home as it were his own, and made sure the floors were protected at all times, despite the carpet being in need of replacement. I very rarely take the time to write a review online, but Dan's work is so good, he deserves it. We will certainly be repeat customers, and will be having Dan remodel our second full bathroom next year."

"Basic Basement did a great job remodeling our basement. Our basement was unfinished and we never used it because it looked terrible. Basic Basement was responsive to every inquiry we made during the project, the employees were always on time and professional, and the workmanship was top notch. The cost of the project was fair and did not increase. I strongly recommend this company."
