"After seeking an initial estimate with a competitor, my wife and I asked AES to perform an estimate for a master bathroom remodel project. David Hill was assigned to our project as the lead sales representative. David met with us and quickly submitted a fair proposal (not to mention SIGNIFICANTLY lower in price than our initial estimate) to us to perform the work we were seeking in our remodel. As new customers we were pleased with the process and with the responsiveness of David throughout the project. AES uses an app, Co-Construct, which allows for transparency of the project details. It also allowed us to see status updates throughout each part of the remodel as pictures were frequently taken to demonstrate the progress of the work. Speaking to the work itself we were very pleased with the craftsmanship of our contractors, Matt and Kurt. They were very diligent and meticulous and did an excellent job, especially with the tile work involved. There were a few hiccups along the way (as with any remodel) and Matt and Kurt were very receptive and flexible in fixing the issues quickly and to our needs. In all the project took about 3.5 weeks and my wife and I are very happy with our new bathroom! We want to thank AES and all of the associates with whom we had the pleasure of working. We would definitely consider hiring AES for future home projects!"

"Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. The first thing I noticed was the complete care that the team took with each phase of the remodel, and the beauty of the finished product. In the end, the finished remodel far exceeded my original vision and three years later I am still in love with my new home. I was so satisfied that I have called on Kevin several times, since the original remodel, for other projects. Last year, Kevin and his team completed a beautiful backyard porch for us, that we still ask ourselves how we did without. "I've been pleased with previous jobs they've done for me.  And I am pleased with this one.  There were a few minor issues relating to my old house not being square, but they solved the problem quickly and got on with the job.  I am quite pleased with their attention to detail and finish work.  The new doors do not have the character that the old (original) dutch doors did, but they also do not leak like a sieve.  The new doors were an upgrade to fiberglass that Dimitri's knowledge of the product encouraged me to make from steel and I am very happy with the products they chose.  While they were here, I asked them to switch the doorknob from the old kitchen door to the basement and they did that.  At my request, they also took a look at my roof (I'd been told it had 5-7 years when we bought the house, 7 years ago) and told me that it did not need to be replaced anytime soon.  They do good work and are honest and trustworthy.  I highly recommend them.

"This was the 2nd home improvement job they performed for us! We previously had a total kitchen remodel and Qualified Remodeling did an outstanding job! Since we were so satisfied with the Kitchen Remodel, we decided that we wanted them to do our Master Bathroom. We received other estimates that were higher than Qualified Remodeling although we knew we wanted Qualified Remodeling to do the job! The price they quoted us was less than the other estimates we received from 2 other contractors and we knew the quality of work because of our prior experience! Although our kitchen remodel had been completed over 2 years prior, we had the same crew that was going to do our bathroom. We were amazed that after 2 years, Qualified Remodeling had the same employees that were going to be doing the work! Joe @ Qualified Remodeling must be taking care of his employees to have the same people working for him. Carlos was in charge of our crew and since we couldnâ t be home all the time, we were very comfortable with them Alone in our home!
