The job consisted of a complete demo, which included moving plumbing, electrical wiring, painting and tile work. Bob let me know immediately that he had a prior commitment which involved a complete remodel of a home that was over 100 years old, and it would be several months before he could start my project. No matter, I knew from our first meeting that he was the man for the job. Turns out, it was a wait that was certainly worth it. The quality of the work performed was top notch. Bob’s team was knowledgeable, skilled and competent. They had a great attention to detail, strong organization skills, and a commitment to follow through. He brought samples and helped design the shower with his iPad Taylor, the installer, was meticulously with his process. He demoed and install new shower quick and always kept the house clean. Randell, the owner even reached out to ensure everything went great. Couldn?t ask for a better response experience, was nervous at first because it was my first remodel but everything else as done professionally and smooth. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
