"We had interviewed a handful of contractors (the ones who actually showed up to the appointments we made). Some showed up and didn't send estimates or wanted to start without providing one. All this was accomplished during the challenging time of the pandemic with many additional restrictions put on us in a building with many, many rules. Arta always had permits in good order, followed all building rules and there was never a single complaint from neighbors. It is so important to have building management not take issue with your contractor. We had no problems at all during a major project. Communication was excellent throughout our relationship. The Arta crew always came to work prepared and with a "no nonsense, get to work attitude" that you appreciate. They value your time and money invested in your project. Our estimate was very reasonable and we stayed perfectly on budget. I highly recommend Arta for projects big and small. They are true artisans and craftsmen and take pride in doing things right and making it right for thier customers. My building super asked if my apartment could be used as a showplace for neighbors to see during construction because it was asked about so often when word got out about our progress. All of our expectations were exceeded. There was never a question or change we asked for that was ever refused. We have already engaged Arta to renovate another apartment for a family member. We are very happy to have Arta Construction as our contractor. They earned our business and will continue to be our construction specialists."

"We got an estimate from Robert Remodeling back in March of 2021 for a complete basement renovation. At that time we also pursued additional estimates from well-known and recommended contractors. "This was a fairly big job to completely remodel our unfinished 1000 sq foot basement. The job took about 5-6 weeks to finish. Jeff showed up every day with his small crew and did an amazing job. Jeff was easy to work with and delivered everything we asked for. We also had Jeff's team replace our den floor with a heated tile floor which came out amazing. In addition, they also resolved a complicated leak that required some detective work to determine where it was coming from and thy were able to find and resolve the issue.
