"They called and we spoke about my needs. He informed me they strictly do additions and not any remodeling. I appreciated his honesty and his recommendation of another group in the area that might be able to help."

"I highly recommend John Scheibel and Remodel It for your home addition or remodeling projects. He and his talented team will produce the results you are looking for. My project was a 2 story addition with a year-round sun porch on the first floor and a bathroom/laundry on the second. John contacted me almost immediately upon my posting on Home Advisor, and within a week or two he arranged meetings with his top guys to discuss the project, long before a contract was ever signed. He called me 2-3 times a week to make sure he understood what I wanted and what he needed to do to get the job. He was always responsive and easy to contact. Once the contract was signed work began promptly and continued as expected. Make sure you understand the variances of contract work, the weather, and other factors before you undertake a large project. Of course there were some small delays, but once work commenced it was quick and excellent. His crew did work past the contractual deadline, but the work being done was so good I did not mind. I wonted things done right and his guys did it right. His framer Efron is simply a wizard with a 2x4, his tile guy and mason Sergio is a true artist, and I do not have the name of his drywall guy, but he is amazing. All of his workers did a great job. In any project there will be unexpected issues and mistakes. John took ownership for these and fixed things fairly and quickly. None of these issue were out of the ordinary and they were all resolved to my complete satisfaction. Even after I gave him my final payment he continued to contact me to make sure that a few small details were being dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend John and Remodel It for any home project."

"I called Craig to see what he could do for my bathroom. It had been remodeled and done poorly by another person. I asked him to advise me on how to fix/improve it. I thought I would end up starting from scratch as what had been done was such poor work. Craig came in and was able to fix everything for 275. 1 I couldn't believe it. He could have told me it needed a complete remodel and I would have done it, but he was honest and upfront. I wish I had hired him in the first place. At a later date I had him come back and retile my kitchen, again fantastic work!

"Professional, completed project on time and very informative in regards to what was going to be done and how. I appreciated the fact he reviewed the contract with me and took the time to explain everything in detail. Highly recommended and will use again when needed for more additions."

"Mike and his crew were awesome. I had multiple small projects involving many rooms in my house, and they completed them all in a timely manner. Mike also helped me get a new roof after noting hail damage. I would highly recommend them for any of your remodeling needs."

"Phil professional, fair price & outstanding trim work in our 2-story entryway & wainscot. He put rectangles trim boxes in entryway, floor to ceiling (2-story) along with wainscot to match the other side up stairway. Canâ t say how impressed we are & canâ t quit looking at his work."

"We were extremely pleased with the skills of the crew who completed our bathroom remodel/ laundry room addition. They showed up early everyday and showed great work ethic. They even cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day! Gary Brown was great to work with and was always available to answer my questions. The unexpected bonus was having Deborah design the layout and then go shopping with us to pick out flooring, shower tile, tub, vanity and paint. Her help was amazing! I will definitely be calling Grb-design for my next project! I recommend you do, too!"
