This was our most ambitious project yet, as we wanted to maximize the existing space to create an entirely new master bathroom and walk-in closet. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly professional and stress free. Bill was especially dedicated in finding creative solutions to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted for our home. His attention to detail was one of the many impressive things about his work ethic. Not only did he deliver a stunning master bathroom, but he also successfully relocated our laundry room from the basement up to the second floor. He even managed to install new windows in our family room that had previously been windowless! On top of that, Dave has gone above and beyond by building out a beautiful mud room and redesigning our fireplace with a brand new mantel. He also put up an entirely new front porch with a roof - it’s become such an inviting entrance into our home now! Above all else, I have been thoroughly impressed by Bill and Dave's commitment to punctuality and neatness when it comes to their work site. Despite working on large projects like this one, they always take care in making sure everything is clean before leaving for the day - something that I definitely appreciate! "Tim did a superb job of tearing out the old, putting in the new and repairing the active wet spots in the kitchen ceiling. I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done. He is very timely, works consistently and stays on schedule. I can't say enough how happy I am with his end result on this project! I'll be having him back to do another bathroom soon!"

"Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

"Project took longer than I expected from signing paperwork till completion of project.  (5 1/2 months).  Delays were primarily from rain and issues with permits in UA.  However, I was very pleased with the end product.  The decks and particularly the screen room fit  in wonderfully with my back yard landscaping and look  great.  I am very happy with the screen room in particular and being able to access it from the house through the new door.  Mark and Jim and crew were professional and trustworthy and worked around my schedule.  I think the new decks and room add to the value of the home and will allow for some great entertainment.

"Had no intention to do upgrade or remodel . The door bell ring and a young man introduced himself as Jean. Stated that his company was doing a bathroom upgrade across the street . He seemed so genuine we invited him inside to share with us his and ways his company Ark could help us. Our house was built in 1972 , so improvements were needed. We agreed with his proposal and we are very pleased. Ark replaced our old outdated bathroom and laundry room . It looks like a new addition . Jean was on site every day the was being performed. When the work was completed Jean stopped by to see if we’re satisfied"

"After researching different basements remodeling companies we are glad we went with Buckeye Basements. From the initial appointment, James walked us through the steps and was very polite and accurate with the all the information he gave us. He did a rough sketch what it would look like and answered all of our questions that we had. Mike completed the framing part of the basement and he was an awesome guy. My 3 year old daughter really took to him and kept asking when she got up if Mike was coming over this morning. He spent time talking with my wife and children and was very friendly. This is a huge to have this kind of bond with people coming into your house every day. After this the next steps of the process went smoothly from HVAC, plumbing, drywall and painting. Leah and Jon were awesome with communication during the whole process. Leah would email us on a regular basis to let us know who was going to be coming over the next day and what the next steps were. Leah would also get with us to schedule the city inspection to make sure it was a good time for us as well. Jon would stop in and check on the progress which I found to be awesome from an owner. Most larger companies wouldn?t do this as you would never see the owner, not the case with Buckeye Basements. Overall, we are very pleased with the project done by Buckeye Basements and have told our friends, family, and coworkers about them. We truly love the job they did with our basement and their communication was GREAT. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is doing a basement remodeling project.
