"Eddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level."

"Anthony Nastasi, hired by me to rebuild our decaying bay window, did a terrific job. When he came out to survey our prospective job, he listened closely to what we wanted, took notes, did measurements, and made suggestions. Later that day he sent my a proposal, detailing the materials and total cost of the project. Ultimately, the final cost was only about $300 more as additional material was needed. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. He told me when he had to complete another job so he might have to leave early or miss a day. Many Subs aren't professional enough to simply tell the truth. He always did. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work he did, the time frame in which he completed the job and, most importantly, how it looks. I would unequivocally recommend Anthony Nastasi to anyone. "Albert was great about doing the floor refinishing within my timeframe. He and his crew were punctual and very pleasant. They came to the house and gave me an estimate within 24 hours of my phone call. Albert had me inspect the work prior to finishing and did additional work on one minor area that I thought needed improvement. The crew even sanded and finished door sills that were not specified as part of the job. Overall, great job. I would highly recommend them."

"Our bathroom remodeling went incredibly well with L&B construction. We met with Berto for an estimate and it was well within our expectation of what the remodeling of our bathroom should be. He put us on the schedule and estimated the work would take 2 weeks to complete and he delivered. He was on call for us when we picked for materials and never pushing just honestly giving us the best advice for our budget. His team came everyday for 2 weeks, always being considerate and ending their workday with everything as clean as possible (having 2 kids and a dog this was important so they don’t accidentally step on anything). Overall our experience with L&B met beyond our expectations and we can’t wait to work with them again for our next remodeling project."

"Hubert Construction performed large scale construction/ additions to my home in 2022 and 2024. I had a large addition done in 1998, which I only wish could have been Hubert Construction. It left much to be desired. I watched Hubert work on another house nearby and was impressed. The 2 jobs that they did for me, were absolutely impeccable. Every part of the construction was done exactly as I hoped for, from design, to quality of work, to finished product. That’s why I didn’t hesitate to hire him a second time. "Silvino and his team did an awesome job in transforming our master bathroom. I was told that the job would be done in 3-4 weeks timeframe but they completely finished in about 2 weeks. The team was very professional, prompt and nice to work with. There was good coordination between the plumber, electrician, flooring, painter and shower door installation guy and there was no delay of any kind. The work performed was of high quality and were very reliable. I highly recommend their services for all your remodeling needs. The workers were on time and made sure everything was perfect and to our liking. I am very happy with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to hire the team for other remodeling work."
