"Diamond Developments owner Paul is a carpentry artisan, supported by a professional, efficient and conscientious crew. Our house, built in the 1930’s had an unusable attic space inside of a dated (1960’s-70’s) room. Paul and team transformed the attic space to an awesome walk in closet. They also finished off the dated room and added built in shelving, it looks incredible! We appreciated the design and thought put into the project along with consideration of time period of home. Did I mention too that they completed all of this in around a week? When first meeting with Paul he listened to our vision and responded with several options for implementing. We never felt that any sort of “hard sell” from Paul, just options and prices. We are looking to have Diamond Developments back our place to finish off another room, hoping this review does not attract too many new clients before we get started :-)"

"Renovations Now generously donated a complete kitchen renovation for my Life Skills classroom at L’Anse Creuse Middle School Central in Harrison Township. Our CI program serves students with mild to moderate cognitive impairments as well as students with autism. The original kitchen was as old as the school itself—outdated, cramped, and no longer able to meet the needs of our students. Ryan and his crew transformed the space by expanding our cabinetry and countertop areas, creating a functional and welcoming environment for learning. Their workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish. Jeremy, the project manager, who was professional, responsive, and dedicated throughout the entire project. He remained involved until every aspect of the renovation was completed. Because of Renovations Now's incredible generosity, our students now have a clean, spacious, and modern kitchen where they can prepare meals, practice cooking skills, and continue to grow."

He was very kind, patient, and accomidating to any and all ideas and concerns. The process was smooth, they catered to all our needs and the results are amazing!! I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. "John is very responsive to any question or concern. He took care of all the organizational work and even helped me respond to questions our HOA board had prior to approval. He also encouraged me to contact him if I had additional questions. The work crew was led by Rene who is extremely talented and paid particular attention to detail. Besides paving our patio, they removed a tree, graded the patio so it wouldn't slope toward the condo and added drainage. I could not be more pleased with the result and would readily recommend Clean Cut. In addition, I am more likely to use Angi's to find additional professions for home projects."
