I told him his "quote" was beyond my budget, but would be interested in getting a more detailed quote and ideas of what could be done within my budget. He promised he would get that to me in a couple days. It's been almost a month with no response."

More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"
