"Ken showed up on time and discussed my remodeling project for a basement in my rental property. He was great to talk with and get ideas of what could be done. However, follow-up was poor. Didn't hear from him for 2 weeks regarding a quote, and when he did contact me, he didn't provide a written quote, just an email with a final price. The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"

"I checked doing this project with a plumber and another company and it would have cost about the same any way I did it. It was a fair price for what I had done. They did it in one day. They cleaned up everything and did a good job. He broke one of my fixtures but replaced it. It is very lovely. It is very large. I have not used my tub for years so I got the shower. It has raised tile and it is really pretty."
