"Ken showed up on time and discussed my remodeling project for a basement in my rental property. He was great to talk with and get ideas of what could be done. However, follow-up was poor. Didn't hear from him for 2 weeks regarding a quote, and when he did contact me, he didn't provide a written quote, just an email with a final price. I told him his "quote" was beyond my budget, but would be interested in getting a more detailed quote and ideas of what could be done within my budget. He promised he would get that to me in a couple days. It's been almost a month with no response."

When these unexpected things come up patients is and was needed. Finally, as things opened up the construction was in high gear again. More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"

"I checked doing this project with a plumber and another company and it would have cost about the same any way I did it. It was a fair price for what I had done. They did it in one day. They cleaned up everything and did a good job. He broke one of my fixtures but replaced it. It is very lovely. It is very large. I have not used my tub for years so I got the shower. It has raised tile and it is really pretty."
