"Coldstream did a beautiful job remodeling my 80+ year old garage. My garage was in need of a new custom size door and framing to hang the door, as well as, framing around the door. Marty suggested installing flooring over the new joist to create additional storage. Because of Covid, the estimated wait for the new door was 6 weeks. It took much longer then 6 weeks to manufacture, but Marty called me several times during the delay to update me on the progress. I really did appreciate how informed he kept me. Marty and his crew did a great job, and I could not be happier with the project."

"It wouldn’t allow me to put under bathroom remodel; Anyway this is what I had done . I had large bathtub removed, shower extended, I added a double headed shower with jets and a rainfall / overhead lights in shower / a bench, new flooring was also installed. I would like to thank Rob, Rick, Harold, Cody, Daniel ; I am forgetting one young man’s name that came and cleaned the shower ( please charge it to my mind and not my heart) I appreciate everything each and everyone involved with this project; I can’t forget my special request that the work could only be done on Fridays and Mondays ( my off days ) that was not an issue with the guys. I’m a very satisfied customer/ I actually worked with BullDog Construction before; Rob and crew screened in my patio and installed the composite decking for me, Here are a few pictures of my shower. "I had a serious leak in my 4-season room from the sun roof attachment to the house. Additionally from trying to fix it ourselves and getting on top of the roof, the caulking failed and causes more leaks into the room. Better Living put a new roof on of shingled roll material. They also did some metal flashing and counter flashing. They were very responsive and reasonable. We are very excited that we can use our room now without 6 buckets sitting around catching leaks.
