It’s rare to find a company when you are doing a remodeling project that is competitive, professional, communicates well and does a great job in all aspects of the project. Our experience with Bradley Construction was all that and more. From the very first contact with Mr. Bradley through all the steps in our kitchen remodel (replace granite, sink, new appliance install and rebuild of pony wall) the team from Bradley Construction was “on it”. Clear and easy to understand invoicing was also part of our experiences…. there were simply no surprises, and the job was done in a very reasonable time frame. Hats off to our project manager, Rick, and to all of Terry’s team, especially Marcus – I could not give a stronger recommendation. We have had some challenges with construction teams in the past, but not this time – they simply tell you what they are going to do and then they deliver – and the end result was exactly what we had hoped for!"

"Orlando and his team went above and beyond! During any remodel project there are normally unforeseen things that come up or things that you would like to add on or incorporate into the project. They were quick to adapt and more than happy to accommodate and offer potential solutions or ideas to improve upon what we originally discussed. We began this project 1,000 miles away. We had never met Orlando, but were impressed with our initial conversation over the phone. He was the only one that went out to our home and gave us an estimate. What sold us was he said he was going to treat our project/home just like it was his. He started the project and kept us posted along the way. After 10 long days we were able to finally get to meet Orlando and his team and see our remodeled house for the first time. Needless to say we were impressed! They cleanup up well and completed the project in a timely fashion. We already have plans in the works for Floac's to do some additional work in the very near future."

"The installation team sent to my home was exceptional. Brad and Alyssa arrived on time, maintained a quiet and clean work area, and finished on time. They left my home as clean as they found it. Their work appears to be perfect and they answered all of our questions. I will most certainly call them if I need remodeling again. "Outstanding craftsmanship!!!! Highly recommend for all your home improvement needs. My husband who is retired from many years in construction and home building said,” This is old world craftsmanship rare in today’s market.” The owner, Nick, arrived for our estimate on time and the project completed according to time lines. Our existing cabinets had to be removed and relocated , a frame out around our washer and dryer was custom made to hold the weight of a quartz top and a custom side cabinet was designed to fit into a tight space for storing laundry hamper and baskets. We had no left over clean up all the install was meticulously done. Nick was on site to oversee and support the project with his expertise, he also adjusted a main entrance door not included in our price package. Crown molding was added to cabinets for a finished look at his suggestion and also chair rail molding was installed in my breakfast nook . He repaired an existing kitchen door hanging down due to a broken screw which was lodged in the frame ( Also not included in the original project and at no additional charge) We were so pleased with the finished project , we are adding this company to our home owners association list for preferred contractors. Thank you Nick for exceeding our expectations in this remodeling effort!!! We hope whoever reads this review will use your company with great confidence."
