"They always come at 8 am and work very efficiently. Andy is very straightforward and responsive. He makes good suggestions and tries to make things correctly. He is accommodative even the scope of work changed and he can help to get additional materials (of course the cost went up but still reasonable). His team is courteous and work pretty fast. I had to get all the materials in time for them to work. The results are pretty satisfying at the end. The only thing (for me as well) is to communicate what to complete in details so that there is no things left behind. But even with that, as long as I pointed out, they came back and fix it with no question."

"After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. "TKT Remodeling Group LLC is professional, fast & responsive, and very skilled in their work. They did an incredible job replacing our asbestos tiles in the boiler room, leveling out the floor, and adding tiles. They also installed an excellent fire proof door for the room, and fixed our dryer vent so that it was up to code. Additionally, they installed 4 mini splits in the house. They were very diligent in their work and quality control. After the installation they tested all the units and found out one was malfunctioning. They immediately called the supplier to help us get a new replacement unit, advocating on our behalf and pushing back against the supplier's suggestion of simply replacing a part in the malfunctioning unit, and had it replaced in one day. They go above and beyond in all aspects of their work and are very pleasant to work with. We are incredibly satisfied with their fast, and efficient work and highly recommend their services. We'll definitely be using them in the future for any home projects!"

"Just a little over a year ago we started a full home remodeling project with a different remodeling contractor. Everything was very promising; we had the architectural plan and design all figured out and were very eager to start the remodeling work. Unfortunately, the remodeling contractor who we worked with did not keep to our agreement and it turned out to be a nightmare. We ended up having to stop all work. We felt that our trust was betrayed, and it took some time before we started searching for a new home remodeling contractor who could take over the project. We decided that we would try to find a contractor through friends and family. A friend of a friend recommended RIJI Home improvements and Handywork. He invited us to his home to see their work. He had also had a full home remodeling done by them. After sharing the experience that he had had with Alex and the team, and in addition to seeing their work for ourselves, we were impressed. We called the company and scheduled a meeting with Alex. At the meeting we shared our previous experience, and Alex explained that what we had been through with the previous remodeling contractor was not normal and that most companies do not work that way. He promised that with RIJI Home improvements and Handywork we would have a completely different experience. In addition, he insisted on showing us two other home remodeling projects that he had done in the past. RIJI Home improvements and Handywork were not the cheapest remodeling contractors out there, but their price was definitely fair. Working with RIJI Home improvements and Handywork and especially Alex was refreshing and stress free which was what we needed after all the hassle we have been through. The level of communication was and excellent they really came through for us, which is greatly appreciated."
