"I can't say enough about the great people who worked on my basement: WES, the salesman was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. He came on time, explained everything and also met with my handyman to go over the work he had to do to prepare the basement for Dry Pro to do its work. He met with my handyman not once, but twice because the handyman wanted to make sure he had done everything that was needed. Great guy! Oscar, the crew leader, kept me informed as to what was going on and alerting me when he was on his way and leaving.
