"I hired Tim and his crew to replace an old shingle roof, add gable eaves and to install shingle roof with an attic fan. They removed the old roof in one day and left the property cleaner than before they started, which was outstanding! They stayed busy over the next couple of days and completed the work on time and the quality was excellent. I intend to call them again soon when the rest of my remodel is needed. I recommend Pacific Builders."

"Depending on the sales person that gets sent out, the experience can be phenomenal. As a young female (22) looking to remodel a house, sometimes it is hard for me to get people to take me seriously when it comes to my home remodeling projects. People try to sell me what they think is in my budget or what they think should be done to my home. The first man they sent to my house was very high pressure sales and would not give me a quote for what I wanted, which was siding. He was giving me a quote for the roof which he assumed I needed more (and would be more affordable for me). I didn't call him back, but the customer service called me about a month later to let me know they had some good siding specials and offered to send a different person out to my home. They sent Scott Harris, a young professional like myself who was easy going and easy to talk to. He got me a great deal on the siding of my dreams and there was no high pressure. He was at my house for a couple hours while I worked through my budget to make my decision and was very patient the entire time. I appreciated the fact that he saw me as a person and not as a "girl". After my first experience and after another experience with a different company, it was refreshing to be taken seriously as a well-educated person. Scott Harris is a wonderful individual to work with and when I do need a roof, I will go back to him to get one. If they had sent him out the first time, I would give the company a 5 star review. Although the work hasn't been done on my house yet, I presume that it will be of good quality, but will update my review if it's not. The work will be done around November of 2016."

"I couldn't be more pleased with Jacob's work. He is reliable, easy to work with, polite, and does excellent work. Jacob arrives on time and doesn't rush through any portion of the work that needs to be done. He takes care to make sure that what he was hired to do is done well and completely. Prior to hiring Jacob for what I've had him do, I phoned another pest control company in Roseburg and was told by the owner's wife that her husband, who does the actual work, would be unwilling to enter the crawl space beneath my house, and if he were to agree to do that, I would be charged a substantial fee for him to simply enter the crawl space, in addition to any actual work he might perform. Not so with Jacob. He had no objection to going underneath my house and certainly has never charged me anything extra to do that. On one occasion when Jacob entered my crawl space, in addition to doing the pest control work under my house, he took the time to bring out a lot of construction materials that had been left there during the construction of my house. I never asked him to do this; he did it as a favor to a client. Jacob's work is top notch and I highly recommend him. His work far exceeds my expectations in every way."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"It was okay but the woman who came out was a little bit too concerned about speaking her own mind and I do not think that the time frame was long enough for her to really get a grasp of what it was that we were looking to do. She had some good ideas but it was not enough to convince me to go further and purchase an additional time, however, we had a particularly challenging project. It was not like it was a simple little thing and I threw a lot at her. She was not particularly prepared when she came so we had to spend part of the time getting her prepared. I had sent her an email in advance with the pictures and everything and said, "Here, so that you are going to be thinking about this before our call." And when she got on there, she had not really done that. So, that took some of the time for me to go and say, "Okay, take a look at the email. Here are the pictures." She did not come ready to go with advice and that was a little bit disappointing. The advice that she had was good but it did not solve my problem and it did not convince me to purchase additional time. I was not unhappy with her. It just did not wow me. It was what it was and it was fine. She came out within the time frame that we purchased the deal because we had just purchased the house. We were living in North Carolina and we purchased the house in Florida. We moved on December 2nd so it was between the date that we purchased the deal and December 2nd because we had to talk to her about what we wanted to change about the house before we moved. Ours was not your typical project. If somebody came in and just showed her a picture of a room with blank walls and they wanted her to help decorate it, I think that she could do that but ours was pretty hard."
