"Great work! On time. Very happy with my bathroom remodel. Would highly recommend."

"Yes, absolutely. On time, had excellent ideas and suggestions that enhanced the project. Highly knowledgeable about city codes, totally happy with the outcome and finished ahead of schedule."

"Shepherd Contracting remodeled both of my bathrooms and installed new flooring throughout my entire house. Thomas was awesome! He was respectful, easy to work with, and offered way better pricing than other contractors I got estimates from, without compromising on quality. The work turned out 10/10, and I?ll definitely be using them again!"

"We purchased a townhome in Flagstaff several months ago. The unit is situated on a small hill with a pine forest to the rear. There was a small patio in the rear yard. However, the soil was eroding down the hill into the valley below and the patio was cracking due to the unstable soil. I contacted Angelsun Landscaping and Michael inspected the problem and came up with a solution to stop the erosion and stabilize the rear yard with a retaining wall and extending our brick paver patio. JP, Michael's father suggested additional items and solutions. The work took just a little over a week. We were not at the property while the work was taking place. When we arrived to view the work...we were totally blown away by the improvements. They were better than expected. The new patio was magnificent!! In addition, an aluminum wrought iron style fence was added plus a planting area. All the work exceeded our expectations. JP and Michael are the consummate professionals and we would not hesitate to have them do any landscaping work we may have in the future."

"There was an additional charge over the agreed upon cost. The additional charge was never discussed until the project was completed. We were able to reach an agreement for the final cost. This rating would have been a 5 if the contractor had communicated the increase prior to the completion of the work. The contractor was very helpful in designing the project and was responsive to any concerns/questions we had during the project."

"Absolutely fantastic! Cody is dependable, conscientious, snd stays on top of the job. We couldn’t be happier with his work. In fact. we are hiring his company to do additional repairs for us. We highly recommend Frontline Consultants."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"We purchased the unlimited consultation package. Amanda is very friendly and professional. We struggled because we were looking for someone to consult with out of the box ideas. Once she understood our vision she could move forward, but innovation was not her strength. We paid an additional amount for drawings. These were detailed, and while not all changes were made as requested, we were able to get some value from them. In hindsight, I would not pay $99 for drawings. Any cabinet retailer will do these for you for free, which I did not know until afterwards. The company wants you to spend time telling them about your style, which ours is Country French. The first cabinet rendition we received was black expresso. We did a complete kitchen tear out so this may work fine for smaller jobs or if you have done this before. It just didn't work for us with distance and what we needed. I was able to find someone locally that sold the cabinets we wanted and she was a wealth of information and things moved much faster. Good luck to HMD. It's a good idea and the person we dealt with we liked personally."

"Both technicians were professional, prompt and polite, however, I'm very disappointed with Choice Warranty staff , (especially Lucas). He was the account contact person. Lucas failed to document the account renewal offers, e.g. 1). 1st repair request free, 2). additional 6 months free/account renewal charged to credit card, 3). failure to mail account renewal notice/post renewal conversation. Thank GOD for hand written copy of renewal conversation, Sincerely, Emily L Bailey ."
