"First of all, a happy thank you to Michael Summerlin and his team for building us a beautiful deck! During the process Mr. Summerlin answered any question in a detailed manner, provided clear communication about scheduling, and kept the budget in mind when problem solving. Due to the pandemic, all workers wore masks and kept socially distanced during in person interactions when requested. Additionally, Mr. Summerlin was consistently onsite reviewing the work done by his employees, and any needed corrections were done quickly."

"Rick and his helper spent 3days making sure the jacks in the crawl space for the foundation were on the right amount of concrete and spaced right. He also examined the ventilation and moisture issues and corrected some air flow. He replaced the plastic that had been bunched up. The inspector said it would be about $1000 to do this and we were happy with the amount.
