"Timber and Meghan were great to work with. The price for the work was extremely reasonable and Timber was very flexible and creative with solutions. The original plan was to power wash and treat the existing fence and pergola. Timber suggested going over the old fence with a new fence and building a new pergola.The overall cost for these changes was pretty much the materials. We provided Timber with a photo of a pergola that we found on line and he recreated it flawlessly. I cannot praise Timber highly enough. We are thrilled with the new deck. One of our friends is a retired home builder who is never impressed. He had nothing but praise for the quality and craftsmanship of the work. We already have plans to engage Timber for additional projects. PS We had to order a new dishwasher while Timber was here. He installed it for us and took the old one away."

"Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."

"Terrific job! I have two investment properties (a 3-family house and a 4-family house) that needed some rotted wood replaced and for the houses to be painted. I met with Leandro to get estimates for both houses. He was very easy to discuss the projects with and gave me a very fair price for both houses. He explained everything that the painters would do to prepare the house. He discussed various types of paints that would be suitable to each house. The painters did a phenomenal job. They replaced all the rotted wood, power washed, scraped, sanded, primed the entire house, and finished with a final coat of paint. They went above and beyond with the carpentry and painting. They were always available for questions or concerns. They were professional, courteous, neat and always on time. I would highly recommend this company, and I would use them again in the future."

The estimator/salesman Tarn did a fabulous job in working within our budget without any high-pressure sales tactics, and was so patient with all my questions. I had first considered using a different contractor to do the renovation, but in the end, even if it might have been a bit more expensive, they made the waterproofing to renovation process seamless and hassle-free."

"My rebuilt collapsed field stone wall section now looks amazing! It blends with the other parts as if there was no damage. In addition they reinforced loose stones in other sections. Also recommended and installed drain pipe to prevent recurrence. Great attention to detail and superior workmanship."

"The work went fair .There were additional cost for supplies that I was told I would not be responsible for. Several times the workers arrived late without calling to say they would be late . Several times they left early, claiming to have MD Appts. I paid extra money for the bathroom caulking. Was told this is "the best, strongest". The work was done June 2012. The expensive. Caulking has been cracking since January 2014. Several attempts to contact the owner Chris since January. He finally made a visit March 10, promised to return to repair the caulking a week later and has not returned. My complaint with this provider is he does not keep his word. Says he is coming and does not show up, does not answer the cellular. This behavior is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this contractor .
