"Hired Smoke Design/Build to remodel the first level of my home: living room, sunroom, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. Scope of work included painting, replacing floors, refinishing stairs to match floors, and redesign of the laundry and kitchen. The full project was well planned and executed. Delivery was completed on time. Contractor was respectful of time and budget. Work performed was high quality, especially the design, painting, and cabinetry construction and installation. Communication was good throughout the project. I am receiving lots of compliments, particularly on the kitchen, which has been termed â Pinterest â worthy. "Pros: They did a great job, our roof looks beautiful! They always showed up on time. Everyone we worked with was very nice. No hidden fees, we paid what they quoted. Cons: They were a little pushy when it came to making the decision to hire them, if you buy it right now you can have it this much cheaper, but the offer only works right now, Type of thing. I know this probably comes with any new roof, but there were >100 nails in our yard after they cleaned up. Overall I was very pleased, and would hire them again."

"We had a complete bathroom remodel and were very happy with the results. It took the two guys who showed up about an hour to demo everything which amazed me. Once everything was out they worked quickly and cleanly (everything was cleaned and put away each time they left for the day). One thing to note is that they don't do electrical work so you'll need to take care of that as necessary, They were also very helpful on the design end of the project with lots of helpful ideas to get us started and help us decide what we wanted. The 2 bathrooms worked on look stunning. The early change to a new project manager, Alex, had a few bumps, but Alex worked hard to make sure that the initial bumps were overcome, and we were informed and the project was moving along the lines we had originally planned under his expert supervision.
