This included the addition of a laundry room and handicapped accessible bathroom as well the relocation/ enlargement of the kitchen and the creation of breakfast nook area to the existing first floor of my home. He was a very good manager being able to share his knowledge base so his crew could work in a professional and independent manner in his absence. "I can't say enough about working with Diane at Carriage House II. I found them via an internet search. Diane keep me informed about every step of the project. Two of the chairs were done in a beautiful large paisley print, which they perfectly matched. The other four were done in a subdued brown tweed, subtly picking up the colors in the paisley print. They not only upholstered the chairs, but also strengthened them and fixed a broken one. The chairs are better then they have ever been. I can't thank them enough. My dining room has a designer look with these "new" chairs."

They were meticulous about the work being done. The helpers were respectful and answered any questions we may of had. By the end of the job the work area was immaculate. "Terrence and crew were absolutely fantastic. Terrence was certainly communicative, punctual, and definitely on budget. He made some wonderful suggestions and came up with creative solutions for any problems that arose. The original estimate was very close to what the final cost was (of course there are always some additional costs to the final bill) as any additional costs were discussed and approved first. We had a full bathroom remodel done. He tore down to the studs and rebuilt. The finished product is truly amazing. I can?t recommend T &J construction enough, and I won?t hesitate to call Terrence in the future when we need more work done. I will add photos later"
