That additional work included, but is not limited to, the remodel of our other bathroom, tile the upstairs hallway to match the master (herringbone pattern) as well as the bathroom and laundry room, paint the entire interior of the house after repairing/finishing drywall, epoxy coat the garage and patio floors, and replace leaking faucets and valves outside. "We are remodeling a bedroom which had an old, inoperable ceiling fan we wanted to replace. Ron Sparks, the handyman, also found the wall switch controlling the power to the fan was defunct and needed to be replaced. There was damaged dry wall caused by the previous installation and the mud ring was not the correct size. Ron did all of the repairs and configurations during one visit but had to return to do the fan installation because the fan had not arrived on time. He explained what needed to be done clearly. He was efficient, friendly and professional. Ron has done work in our home on previous occasions and has always done a super job."

"Henry and his team were wonderful to work with. They communicated clearly, did what they said they would do and showed up on time. The finished work was exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier. This project was unique as it involved replacing the decorative roof beams in an interior atrium, siding/trim repair and painting. Atriums are rare, so this didn't fit in with any normal Angi projects. The Framous Builders are framers, but they took on the additional tasks without question and did a fantastic job.
