He returned my call, the same day. I found Greg, a pleasure to deal with. I chose his company to call, over 3 other names I felt fortunate, it worked out so well, and I made an excellent choice. Now have the name of someone who handles all types of home repairs, that does excellent work. I was extremely impressed, that upon walking up to my door, he removed the snow, off the steps. "They always come at 8 am and work very efficiently. Andy is very straightforward and responsive. He makes good suggestions and tries to make things correctly. He is accommodative even the scope of work changed and he can help to get additional materials (of course the cost went up but still reasonable). His team is courteous and work pretty fast. I had to get all the materials in time for them to work. The results are pretty satisfying at the end. The only thing (for me as well) is to communicate what to complete in details so that there is no things left behind. But even with that, as long as I pointed out, they came back and fix it with no question."

I picked them thanks to their out of the box advice which saved me thousands of dollars. There was one problem with the plumbing which cost an extra 1800 dollars. The owner settled with me 50/50 even though it was a pre-existing issue. The project was started early and completed early. All mess was cleaned up and the crew was very friendly and fully aware.
