Additionally, the scope of work changed on our project due to additional requests we had (our decision to re-do walls, install new lights, etc.) yet there was never any worry or concern on unfair pricing. "They always come at 8 am and work very efficiently. Andy is very straightforward and responsive. He makes good suggestions and tries to make things correctly. He is accommodative even the scope of work changed and he can help to get additional materials (of course the cost went up but still reasonable). His team is courteous and work pretty fast. I had to get all the materials in time for them to work. The results are pretty satisfying at the end. The only thing (for me as well) is to communicate what to complete in details so that there is no things left behind. But even with that, as long as I pointed out, they came back and fix it with no question."

He is not the most expensive contractor you will find, but he offers the best value of any that we have worked with in the past. He renovated a bathroom, a living room, a dining room, stairs, and a patio door, which included siding."

"Tom and his crew of men were great! They repaired a gutted basement apartment that was water damaged. They provided top notch quality work and finished sooner than was agreed upon. Their work encompassed sheet rock, taping and sanding, spackle, painting, plumbing, installing vinyl flooring and wood moldings and they removed all debris. It was nice to have them able to do it all for me. We signed the work order and they were on the job the next morning. It was my pleasure dealing with Tom who did all he said that he was going to do!
