"I had a similar experience to others who have reviewed Ayotte Home Improvements. I hired them for a complete kitchen and mudroom remodel. Bob and his sidekick are the two main characters and they have a group of very competent sub contractors that they bring in depending on your project requirements. From the initial meeting to completion, Bob was very easy to work with. He is fully engaged during the process, keeps you informed, keeps the project moving, and insists on high quality. In my opinion you can't go wrong with them."

"I was happy with the work done by Matt and his crew on my roof replacement. Of the highlights, Matt excelled at customer service. I had spoken to several contractors during the bidding process and Matt clearly stood out as someone to provide detailed guidance and credible advice on the project. As my roof was being replaced as part of an insurance claim, Matt took the initiative to bring in additional contractors to build out an initial estimate for all of the work, to get things moving with the insurance company, which was a huge help. Matt took things a bit further and spoke directly with the insurance company regarding details of my roof and other work that was not started yet and was able to help me gain significantly more coverage than originally provided! Matt was always available for questions and promptly returned my calls and emails throughout the process. In one instance, I had requested that they hold off on installation of the ice and water shield one day due to the cold temperatures. Matt agreed to this with no hesitation, even though it required them to work the weekend to complete the work. Per my inspection throughout the roofing process and after, everything looked good and I found only a few things that were missed, which Matt took care of immediately. Some mess and nails were left behind after the work, but it was fairly minimal. Due to the scale of the work, Matt / MMP did bring in subcontractors to perform much of the standard roofing work. I would have appreciated if MMP was more forthcoming about this earlier in the process. MMP had someone from their team on-site for the entire process, but I think that they could have kept a closer eye on the sub-contractors work. For the more challenging tasks, Matt came out and did the work himself. He and his team worked hard throughout the process, working long hours and through the weekend to get everything completed in a timely manner and reduce risk of water leakage in case of rain. I will certainly consider MMP for future work on my house."

"The project went great. On time and within budget. John and John did all the work necessary to remodel a master bathroom, a half bath and a laundry room. This included all the demo, floors, walls, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, shower, tile, painting, etc. Excellent job and we will definitely use them again for our next project!"

We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. The contractors were very professional, courteous and prompt. Tom was always in communication as to schedules of his crew, and available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He took care of any permits and approvals that were needed. Due to personal emergency we needed to stay home through the construction since day 1. Tom and his crew all went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to stay in the house. We are very pleased with the outcome. It feels like a brand new home.
