"This is my second experience with Aaron and his team at Swartz.  This time we hired Swartz to redo the basement in our colonial.  We had  hired Swartz for an outdoor job last year.  Based on our great experience last year we hired them for the basement remodel.  Work included glass brick windows, remodeled bathroom, dry wall and extensive painting.  Their work is top notch and is accompanied by outstanding customer service.  Michael, Phil, Luke and Paul spent several weeks getting the job done right.  This team is highly recommended.  I had them out again tonite for another estimate on exterior paint work..

"I contacted Renaissance Restorations for an addition. Jamie called immediately. The planning, blueprints, city permits went in high gear - then covid hit! When these unexpected things come up patients is and was needed. Finally, as things opened up the construction was in high gear again. More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"

His pricing was very reasonable and the job was done within the discussed timeline. Kevin and his crew installed new drywall for my 400 square foot family room walls and ceiling (to cover a horrible texture), sanded, mudded, primed, painted, and installed trim. He worked around my timing for electrical and tile work to be done as well and came back after the carpeting was installed to put the baseboard trim. He always answered my calls and texts when I had questions and communicated when him or his crew would arrive be arriving each day. Definitely recommended!"

"Everything was as they said it would be and there was no increase on the price or anything. It was an extremely hot day but he worked consistently throughout even though he was working in our basement. The windows he put in were beautiful and they were just perfect. He said that they had done the windows 30 years ago, and it still has the same quality in their workmanship. They are prompt and come when they say they are coming. They call you before they come and remind you of your schedule and dates. They do really beautiful work. My mother is now going to have them do the other windows."
