"Coldstream did a beautiful job remodeling my 80+ year old garage. My garage was in need of a new custom size door and framing to hang the door, as well as, framing around the door. Marty suggested installing flooring over the new joist to create additional storage. Because of Covid, the estimated wait for the new door was 6 weeks. It took much longer then 6 weeks to manufacture, but Marty called me several times during the delay to update me on the progress. I really did appreciate how informed he kept me. Marty and his crew did a great job, and I could not be happier with the project."

"We had An exceptional experience with Remark. From the beginning - Chris was very responsive, professional and transparent about the work and pricing. Once the projects started, Jeff and the guys were great. Communication and collaboration every step of the way throughout the project. We utilized Remark for 4 projects which were complete over the course of 12 weeks; basement finishing, bathroom remodel, fireplace wall feature and stair rail spindle replacement. We were extremely pleased with each project. So often you hear the horror stories of contracting companies who will start a job and leave for an extended period of time before they come back. Throughout the 4 projects, there was work being done every week - and just about every day. I would highly recommend Remark for any remodel needs and we will definitely be utilizing them in the future for any other projects."

"It went very well, the bathtub was expertly tiled in a few days. In addition the workmen were personable and they did go beyond what was initially contracted. I really appreciate the finished product and gave their card to my next door neighbor almost immediately. Sincerely Cindy"

"We love the finished results of our kitchen, Laundry room, bathroom remodel. What a great experience. A beautiful job done and we get to enjoy it every single day. Nathan, and his team were great to work with. We have another bathroom we want done soon!!!"

"If you're looking for a contractor, we couldn't recommend DMF Contracting more. Mike has done several jobs for us and all of his work always exceeds our expectations. Mike took a rendering my husband and I created for a new office/studio for my business and brought the design to life! (see photo with the rendering above and the actual space he built out). He does incredible work, pays close attention to details, is personable and genuinely has his customers best interest at heart. I couldn't have ever imagined I'd be able to have such a beautiful space to work in everyday and Mike made it happen. Since finishing out our basement for my office, we've since hired him for several other products and are just as happy!"

"We had a large painting job with big furniture and appliances that had to be moved. Nick’s crew handled everything and did a beautiful job with the painting. We are very happy with how it looks. They also finished ahead of schedule even though a snowstorm hit in the middle of the project. Would definitely recommend them."

"The project was completed earlier than promised. It was kept on budget and the quality/workmanship is great. We've received many compliments on the sunroom."

"Sales and installers all showed up when they said they would and were very professional. Our installers did a fantastic job and the results were absolutely gorgeous. Thanks to the entire Improve It team for being exactly what anyone would want in a remodeling company!!"

"They came out to do a 12x13 paver patio for a hot tub with footings for a future gazebo. They came out quickly to give the bid, made the couple adjustments requested, and after catching an issue they didnâ t see the day of the bid, they fixed the issue for just the cost of materials. They were done in about 2.5 days and communicated well. We will hire them again if needed!"

"Carter and James and their entire team were excellent. They followed up on each and every step of the process. Additionally they came when they said they would and completed the landscape project on time and stayed late making sure the area was completely cleaned up. I highly recommend working with G2 Homescapesâ ¦.they did an excellent job on our landscape project and we couldnâ t be happier with the results!!!"
