"Allen of Arms Home Improvement did a great job for us helping to diagnose and repair complex structural issues in our home. We greatly appreciated the detailed proposals, his communication throughout, and outstanding quality of work. Allen was able to finish on time, even when finding and solving additional issues that arose during the repairs. We would highly recommend Arms Home Improvement, and will look to work with them again in the future."

"Reliable Construction did an amazing job transforming our unfinished basement in Frederick MD into a livable space. Right from the start David were very thorough in understanding what we were looking for and also providing us with great ideas for the remodel. David and his crew were great to work with letting us know when they were planning on starting each day, cleaning up the work area at the end of each day, talking me through the steps they were taking during the build, and quickly responding to questions I had. The work came out so beautifully. I would heavily recommend Reliable Construction and we plan to use them again in the future for other work."

"Renken Remodeling is a top-notch company. From the initial presentation to the final steps in the remodeling process, everything was done professionally and with care. I will definitely be hiring them again for our next bathroom remodel. I very much appreciated how they stayed on top of the project and gave us realistic timelines. Went way above my expectations."

"We just completed a large kitchen and lower level remodel. We are so thankful for Conrad homes. Each person we dealt with from this company were respectful, honest, and experts in their fields-their work was exceptional. No regrets hiring this company and would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!"

"We removed two walls between the breakfast room, kitchen, and dining room to make one large kitchen. Keedysville Construction They were easy to work with. The vendors that they recommended were great and made the process seem effortless. Keedysville relocated a window and switched out a large window for new French door. They really took the time to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. They were also patient with the last minute changes we made without impeding on our project completion time."

"I purchased a Big Deal on Angie?s List this week and I got a good one.  While I sent the short list of items that required repairing, my biggest concern was the wall hung "floating" bathroom vanity cabinet and sink that only a few days before had seriously separated from the wall,  I was really concerned.  Edvin R. of Edram Construction and I exchanged messages and within two days he arrived precisely when promised. Frankly, I was impressed by the way he carefully examined the condition/installation of the sink/vanity cabinet and since I?m the kind of client that wants to know why and how, I?m appreciative of his clear explanations to me on what had not occurred during the prior contractor?s installation.  There was no exaggeration on his part, he not only showed me he explained his plan for repair and got my concurrence. He did exactly what we discussed.  Simply put the vanity cabinet broke in the back under the weight of the approximately 60 lb. sink.  The weight of the sink needed to be transferred to the studs.  An Italian made Nameek vanity I paid a lot of money for had broken in the back and the vanity?s sides compromised. This was no quick fix. Ed really did step up, he carefully removed everything got the sink properly installed on the studs and repaired/replaced/reinforced the vanity?s back and sides. Looks great plus it?s now actually safe.  So glad to have found such a knowledgeable contractor.  He is meticulous about his work and it?s clear he takes pride in a job well done.  He?s the kind of contractor that doesn't want a call back for shoddy work rather he wants repeat clients with calls back for more work.  He's earned my trust. Ed quickly took care of the toilet paper holder, put a new silicon bead where needed, (not just the sink area), tightened down a loose outlet at sink and repaired/reinforced the kitchen cabinet door that was pulling away from its slider. The most used cabinet in the kitchen, it contains the trash bin.  I really like his work ethic.  We talked about future work, the need for permit and insurance and his return to replace a front porch handrail and post, as well as to talk about a planned basement remodel.  I?m a happy homeowner today!  One more note? the weather forecast called for about 5 to 6? of snow.  We got about a foot, but Ed was determined to make sure he completed my indoors list and that I was happy with the work before he left. I give Edvin R and Edmar Construction my highest recommendations.

"Working with Rick and his crew was so easy. They were very responsive to all our questions and concerns during the process. They did a great job on our addition and the work was continuous and without delays. We were very pleased with the job they did for us."

"We had 2 shower remodels in one day. Marvin & Tony did our tub to shower conversion and Fabio & Joel did our other shower remodel. All four installers were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and did an awesome job! We're loving our new showers!"

"Mr. Reyes took great care to make sure the job was done properly and was able to finish in a timely manner. He let me know if there were any issues as they removed old paneling and replaced it with drywall. The team took great care in cleaning up and left the room in much better shape than they found it. I will be contacting Guillen Reyes Construction for my next project."

"We hired Deck and Shed Pros to complete a deck and sliding door project after reading the other great reviews on Angie's List, and we couldn't be happier with the end product. Jim took care of all required permitting and was able to start the project much earlier than we'd expected. He worked with us to help achieve our overall vision and communicated at each step along the way. His crew arrived promptly every morning and completed the project in just 8 working days. The craftsmanship and quality of the work is outstanding. In addition, we interviewed 3-4 other contractors, and Jim's pricing was the best around. We would definitely work with Jim again and highly recommend to anyone looking to complete this kind of project."
