We are a small family business with a big family heart! I have 4 children and an amazing wife that I live for! I started this business when my wife was pregnant with our first. So here is my review of Titan Sunrooms out of Gulf Breeze Florida in the summer of 2014

We had been planning an addition for a few years and had talked to Ryan a few times in the prior 2 years

This year we decided to go with it, a full big sunroom with Mitsubishi Mini Split Unit.

The price estimate was pretty much the same for the last 3 years which is very good.

Construction was delayed by the more than usual rainfall in the Spring.

We had them do the whole thing, from the concrete Slab up. Concrete work by Bob and Chris was fantastic?very courteous, accommodating, on time, and when finished it had a professional finish. That was a lot of physical hard work for them.

Then after concrete cured, the construction crew came in.

The 4 man Crew worked for 2 weeks nonstop?John was the Foreman was always easy to contact. We had a few unseen changes that we were able to solve quickly. Anthony, who is a long time employee, who was here everyday, also took care of some of the finish work. He was great. I understand he now has his own Crew (a well-deserved promotion).

These guys work there tails off when they get on your jobsite?and they keep their jobsites clean as they go. They are quiet and respectful to you and the whole neighborhood.

They will get the job done to your specifications, will adjust things as needed and you will be very happy you chose them for your project.

"Steve and Staci were originally going to meet me the day after Thanksgiving for an estimate, as they were travelling back into town and my place was right on the way. By 1pm I hadn't heard from them so I texted them. Traci responded they had to return a rental car & had some additional issues, so they wouldn't be able to make it . Ok, that seemed fair. We scheduled an appointment for the the next morning for an estimate. The showed about 1/2 hour early which is good with me. They gave me an estimate and I accepted the price. They assured me that they work together as a team. The day work was scheduled to be start (Dec 4) , Steve called at 7am to make sure I was available to make a CC payment over the phone for the material needed at Lowe's. I didn't hear from him for awhile and I had a meeting at work, so I texted around 11:15. Staci said Steve was running behind and would be to Lowe's in about 1/2 hour. He called around 11:45 and I paid for the material. I had my Dad come over and check to see how the work was going and by 3, and they were gone. He'd gotten the balance of insulation installed and the ceiling drywall up. Next day, the walls were up and some mud installed. On the 7th, I didn't hear from him at all, so I texted to see if he'd be working at my house. Staci texted me and said he'd be there in a couple hours. So,I had my Dad unlock the house.... At 4, Dad called me to say they never showed. So essentially, my house was unlocked for hours. I was pretty mad. ! Staci texted that Steve's sorry but he was held up in Mary Esther. I responded that THAT would have been NICE TO KNOW ! He just showed up the next day with a helper and they spent about 1/2 hour in the shed. He came to the door just as I was getting ready to leave and we just stood there and looked at each other. I was waiting for maybe a; hey, I'm really sorry about yesterday or SOMETHING like that. I finally had to say something. I said what happened yesterday ?? My house was open for hours. Steve said we should be glad the Lord has given us another day on earth . WHAT ???? WHAT does that even mean ?? Bottom line, Steve really rushed this job and it shows. Always in a hurry. Maybe he's not good at scheduling, I don't know. He left all the mess for ME to clean up. Who doesn't clean up their own mess ? Including soda bottles.. Any idea how heavy wet drywall is ? We primed the ceiling and painted 2 coats of white and I can still see the mud lines a bit. I guess it's just a shed so maybe no big deal. The electrical outlets in the shed were not out far enough to put the covers back on. Not Steve's fault BUT you'd think he might have mentioned it to me when he was dry-walling. With 30 years of experience under his belt, wouldn't you think he'd have said something? And maybe he would have if he wasn't so RUSHED. I had to get someone to come over and pull all the outlets out a bit, which was harder than it should have been because his cuts around the outlets were awful. On one outlet, the drywall was broke and he made no attempt to fix it. I texted them and let them know how disappointed I was in the work. Initially, Staci was responsive and asked about the mess, etc. I sent her pics. She said they've never had any complaints before and asked what they could do to make it right. I asked her about our original meeting where she said they work as a team. Part of my selecting them was knowing that a woman was on board. She said she'd hurt her back and couldn't work. I told her that I'd already painted the shed and had the electrical outlets moved. I had already cleaned up the mess left outside and inside. I requested that some of my $ be returned OR - I had a small project he could do to redeem himself. Never heard from them again. So, I told her I would leave honest and appropriate feedback. The drywall is up and done, so that's a plus but wouldn't have them work for me again."

"He gave me ALL the info that i need to get the job done. He did not end up doing the service, because the deal i purchased was not including an additional day of painting. He quoted me 1000, for two days but the deal i purchased was for one day and did not include additional charges. He was very informative and professional. I was okay with the additional day but the added cost, turned me away. He was an excellent and professional provider, he gave me a lot of info i would not have had otherwise."

"We have been dealing with contractors and painters for several years with much disappointment and dissatisfaction. Pitts Brothers was recommended by a neighbor when we were searching for an exterior painter for an outdated beach house we purchased out of state. Wow! We scheduled the estimate and they showed up when they said they would. Completed the estimate VERY timely. Gave an itemized breakdown of the costs (there were a few interior items like painting a 3 story foyer and replacing an outdated light in that foyer ), available start date and estimated completion date. Since it was purchased as a rental property, there were some work arounds from our end with renters and Joey was extremely accommodating. He scheduled exterior work when people were there and saved interior/going through the house for when it wasnâ t rented. We completed the walk through with him and HE pointed out things that he needed to touch up. It looked PERFECT to us! The site was left clean- cleaner than he found it! No empty drink cans/bottles, no cigarette butts, Not even spilled paint/splatter on the ground from the clean up- We aren’t used to that. He went out of his way to replace some loose boards on the front porch and step. He replaced a molding/ trim piece around an exterior door that they don’t even sell anymore so he had to buy wood pieces and create the piece. It looked original! He sent pictures almost daily (since we were out of town) of the progress, any questions/to clarify. Any expense outside of the original estimate was because we asked for something additional during the process. He was happy to clarify the request, give us an estimate on that, and add it to the list. When inclement weather interfered with planned exterior paint work, he rearranged and worked on some of the interior requests. Pitts Brothers showed up on time each day and worked a full day (8-3 or 4) with a short lunch break. I have never dealt with such professional contractors IN MY LIFE! I havenâ t dealt with many people as professional as Pitts Brothers in any line of work to be honest. So much so that if/when we need paint work done in our home state, I’ll call and see if they are willing to make a road trip :-)"

"What a great experience. He did the work on a Sunday which others seldom do. The job was completed professionally and he cleaned up afterwards. Additionally, he went to Home Depot himself and purchased additional trim. Extremely conscientious. I will definitely hire again."
