"Mike Bauman did a kitchen and family room remodel for us. New ceilings, insulation, drywall, recessed lighting and new windows in the family room as well. It all looks wonderful and we’re very happy with the work. Mike is easy to work and communicate with and is reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend him if you have any remodeling projects around the house!"

"We hired Bob for the second time after having a very positive experience with him the first time around. We collected a number of tasks for him to repair, including: Rot in the front door frame, diagnosing some leakage issues that we had in the basement, repairing additional exterior rot and repairing / cleaning our dryer vent. As always, Bob handled them methodically and exceptionally. Great quality of work which also successfully stopped the leaks in our basement. Would recommend him again in a heartbeat"

"The best remodeling experience I’ve ever had."

"As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

"They did a thorough job and gave me details I didn't have before.   I also got an estimate for additional work that I may follow up on.

"Bourke Remodeling has worked with us on several projects, the major one being a kitchen remodel and a masonry rebuild and roofing a new shed. They did a great job and we were so pleased with the entire experience. In spite of our own sometimes fickle process and requests, Erick and Tom worked with us in a cheerful, patient and expert way and with great skill to achieve the kitchen we were envisioning. The whole process was fun, enriching and resulted in a kitchen that precisely fits what we envisioned--an updated kitchen that retained its original character while making it new again. We smile every time we enter it. Thank you so much Erick and Tom for your patience and professionalism."

"Bob did a perfect job on exactly what I wanted on replacing fireplace mantel and having tile on the floor and around the fireplace. I would highly recommend Bob and his crew to do any project ."

"John Dolan did a great job remodeling my bathroom! I love it! Lorraine who works at the showroom was amazing to work with, so helpful and knowledgeable about design! Highly recommend."

"My bathroom remodel is in it's final phases. I needed my Masterbath completely remodeled and I contacted DiOrio Builders and Designers. My initial contact was with the owner, Derek, but my day to day was with James Kim, Project Manager. My large bath was from 1992 and it had to be completely gutted. I wanted a "Spa like" bath. James was wonderful to work with. His knowledge of design and construction was amazing as was his attention to detail and people skills! The team used to deconstruct my bath was great and very professional and clean. Everything has come out just right and I love my new bath. I certainly would recommend DiOrio for all my remodeling needs."
