"We were impressed with Matt from Hickory Remodeling starting with the initial meeting to discuss the project - he asked all the right questions up front, offered professional advice and options, and articulated our vision. He was professional in meeting all of his promised timelines. He worked with us and our HOA in providing the details they needed to approve the project. He started on time, came out to inspect and supervised all of the work, and finished on time and on budget. The final project was excellent and lived up to our vision. Our experience with Hickory Remodeling was exactly what one would expect when during business with a reputable, professional, quality company."

"After a disastrous attempt at a bathroom remodel, we hired Applause to fix the mess left by a previous contractor. Kenneth and his team were so friendly and courteous. They did a fantastic job, not only fixing the previous mistakes, but also leaving us with beautiful bathroom. So much in fact, we decided to hire them again. They do a great job from demolition to clean-up. I thoroughly trust and highly recommend them."

"I asked for an estimate, which was given within a couple of days.  The crew showed up on time to replace the rotted wood,  Pat Chambers came out to inspect it.  The crew showed up the following day to paint.  I believe the entire process took 3 days, except for the replacement of the window molding which was no longer made anywhere.  A man who does their woodwork came out to inspect it.  He came up with a way to replace it.  That part took a week.  It was done perfectly.
The front door had been replaced and that crew did a sloppy job on the trim.  Chambers made it look original.
On the estimate, any deviation in pricing is explained beforehand.
