"I absolutely recommend Bath Planet. We had 6 estimates. Bath Planet by far gave us the most for the price. Our sales person, Julie, was the main reason we went with Bath Planet. Our meeting with her was extremely informative and we felt her no pressure approach a refreshing change from the other salesman who gave us quotes. She gave us great insight as to what would look best in our remodel. The install was also a great experience, Chip and Jared did a tub to shower conversion, replacement of floor, vanity, toilet, and medicine chest in only a day and a half. They were helpful, friendly and did a very good job. On top of it, the install occurred one month earlier than we were expecting."

"I’m on the board of a non profit in Madison. We have four homes in the community that support adults with developmental disabilities. Josh has done a number of jobs for us. - Bathroom remodel which included a walk in shower -Researched and installed a house entry ramp -Assessed and remedied a drainage problem and repaired the drywall, molding, etc. on the interior Josh has been available on an on call basis when situations come up at our houses. We know we are very fortunate to have connected with him. Josh is personable, resourceful and efficient. He listens to the needs we have, is considerate of the residents and is very reasonable. I highly recommend Josh."

"Needed LVP flooring with trim work done. Did a great job on both."

"Excellent initial consultation with Ryan M. Careful COVID-19 prevention measures. Thorough and knowledgeable explanation of all options. Provided a quote that did not change throughout the entire process. Scheduled an installation appointment about 6 weeks later. We requested a change order that was dealt with expeditiously. Installers arrived on at the day and time as promised. Jon B. and Chris G. were professional and skilled. Demolition debris had to be removed by carrying it throughout our entire house and when finished, they left everything immaculate. Job involved a significant amount of demolition, re-routing of plumbing, addition of walls, water proofing an existing window, and installation of a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Again, professional in all aspects. Would hire again in a minute."

"They are still in preparation, planning stuff, permits, etc. Have not begun construction."

"Antonio remodeled our bathroom with a costum shower along with other little projects throughout the house. I highly recommend him and his crew. Would hire them again."

"The good:
They were polite, neat, and pretty fast in getting to our home for service.
They did the demo and got the dryers going promptly, which probably saved the carpeting - half of the carpet pad was shot and removed. I thought the price had included getting the new padding and reinstalling it after the stuff was dry. The area was pretty small & I didn't think it was going to be a major $ matter to get the carpet reinstalled after the dry - out.
I chose not to go through my homeowner's policy, as I have a high deductible and this was a fairly small job.
The not so good:
Although I appreciate their getting the work done, I feel a little misled. They did do demolition and drying out from flooding, but, they told me later, they do not do reinstallation of anything. There was a delay on their part to pick up the dryers, so, I think we ended up paying extra rental fees for lots of dryers that were running for quite a few extra days. They had said they would pick them up on a Thursday, but, they couldnt get here until Monday of the next week.  I got other contractors to quote the drywall, painting and carpet work. Strangely, when they came to pick up the dryers, they offered to do the rebuild work the next day - for an additional fee that was never quoted. It was all kind of awkward. When I told them that I thought their original quote had included replacing the carpet pad, I was told that that was a conversation I had with their boss, not them. I never met their boss, just talked to him on the phone. It was sort of like I was dealing with two different companies.
Anyway, it did all get squared away, but, when I calculated the hours of time spent on the work, the effective hourly rate was pretty high. I would just warn any others to make clear what is, and is not, included in the quoted work. I have no issues with the work that was done, and, I think they were very professional and careful.
