"This was one of my best experiences with a contractor ever and I have had a lot of home improvement experiences with home repair and remodeling projects. Frank Bergin , Owner of Bergin Property Management and his team were wonderful to work with! Frank is professional while also building a great working rapport with his clients. He is fair and very reasonable and his work is impeccable! He is great at getting back to you in a very timely manner from beginning through the completion of the entire project . Frank takes the time to go through all details and checks in with you throughout the project to make sure everything is on point and he is very approachable and readily available for any questions you may have throughout the project. Frank also reached out to me three weeks ahead of our agreed upon start time to advise me that he was ahead of schedule due to good weather and he was able to start my project and finish it in a very timely manner so that I am able to have my backyard patio and fire pit ready to go for the whole summer season. The team was extremely timely and meticulously neat with the whole project. I could not be happier with my beautiful new patio and fire pit. I highly, highly recommend Bergin Property Management on every level. Frank is my go to contractor for any future projects!"

They helped us gut renovate our kitchen including tiling the floor, replacing a door and window, new electrical wiring, new plumbing, installing a range hood, removal of a load-bearing wall and installation of a post and beam in its place. The crew were great to work with - very pleasant and best of all - highly skilled with a rare and much appreciated attention to detail and craftsmanship. There was excellent communication and consultation throughout the process. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day (which was important as we were living amidst the construction). We are thrilled with the final work done and would highly recommend them to others."

"Cory has done an enormous amount of work on my residence as well as my rental over the past three years. He has remodeled my kitchen and bathroom and made them more handicapped accessible for this senior citizen. I didn't need a plumber nor electrician as he was able to install and hook up all appliances himself. He has painted the entire downstairs and updated the lighting in both rooms, as well as the basement, breezeway and garage. Additionally he replaced my back deck, strengthening one corner so I was able to add a 350 gallon outdoor aquarium (installed by Gavin Gardens) Cory and his crew replaced my front deck and added a handicapped ramp. Cory also upgraded my outside lighting and installed security cameras. I have had a wonderful, trusting relationship with Cory and his crew. He has a wonderful sense of humor, listens carefully to what I want, and then makes suggestions based on his expertise. His workmanship is SOLID! I trust him completely!!"
