Their price includes everything and there are no "hidden" costs or gimmicks. The room is well-insulated with real windows and the HVAC unit keeps it plenty warm in the winter for true year-round use. Week 4 & 5...Flooring crew lays LVP/molding and Mikey's crew paints/finishing fixtures. Needless to say they are super efficient and flexible with our needs. The project was completed and exceeded our expectations...with the bonus being that our space was useable prior family guests coming for Christmas.
