"My Fiancé and I were in need of a major Kitchen remodel, that being said I had very bad experience when I had my basement redone, the contractor never finished the job and within less than a year what was done started to fall apart. What made that experience even worse it was a friend who was a contractor. Ok now the happy part comes, I went on home advisor to see what I could learn. I contacted Selective Sculptures they had great reviews and testimonials. First Dominic came to my home to see what needed to be done, we discussed our budget and how long it would take to complete. The next step we met at the design studio (mind blown he met me on a Sunday) his ideas were way better than mine we showed him our taste in colors and textures and he pulled off what I can only describe as amazing. Step 2 Dominic came back to the house with Anthony the GM and an entire crew I was speechless the lead plumber, carpenter and electrician went through every aspect with us it was quite an experience to say the least all this for only an estimate. I pulled the trigger if they were scamming me they deserved to get paid they were that impressive. Step 3 Dominic came back with his design plans again I was speechless he came up this a floor plan I one didn't think of or 2 thought possible. I agreed on the spot and was told work would start in 2 weeks and be done in 5-6 weeks. Well half way through what else does one do I was so happy I added additional work tear down the drop down ceiling in living room and do all the hard woods I had no idea I even had (bonus). I would speak to Anthony almost on a daily basis ( I'm sure he didn't love that ) but he was constantly making sure I was happy with progress and had answers for my questions never a let me check on that and not get back to me, in fact twice after I had a question within a few hours he would be calling me from my home so he knew exactly what I was talking about. Step 4 there's always a step 4 the basement's unfinished bathroom again above and beyond they gutted it out and did a total redo. I get a call from Anthony nearing the end as we never discussed color vanity or sink, he says do you trust me I said yes I do and that was the last we spoke of it until its completion he took a nightmare and made it a dream. Our house is now our home I couldn't in my wildest dreams be happier more satisfied or even fulfilled with how all the work was done the professionalism from the entire crew. I am only saddened by one thing and that's the feeling I lost 2 friends in Anthony and Dominic and that's a testimony to them and their desire to customer satisfaction. My name is David Hernandez and I live in Bay Shore NY and from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you SELECTIVE SCULPTURES."

"A long over due review. From the initial consultation to the jobs end. Extremely seamless. We had our kitchen remodeled and ton of extras we threw at him. Jose from day one was extremely professional from start to finish and takes pride in his work. So you can expect perfection on finish work. Alta gave us a fair priced estimate and a very detailed estimate of scope of work from start to finish. No surprise charges. The work was done in a timely fashion and completed on the timeline set forth. We were and are very happy with the quality of work and the professionalism throughout the project. Jose and Alta Renovations will be hired by us again to do our bathroom. I am attaching a link to the finish project below [*** Link removed ***]"

"Quite a few years ago, Artie renovated our bathroom.  Not only did he do a super job, but he made so many helpful suggestions along the way making decision making much easier.  For example, he suggested the type of tub to install and ones to avoid.  He helped us order merchandise and we were able to get a contractor's discount!
Recently we wanted to add a stone grilling station and a gazebo to our yard.  Everything I shopped for, I did not like or it was way over priced.....Artie sat with me and helped design a BEAUTIFUL, river rock-blue slate grilling station.  Once again, he directed me where to get the grill, type of grill, what to avoid and what would look best.  He takes the time to listen and know exactly what the customer is looking for.  He made everything by hand and the result shows....We get so many compliments from it!  He is currently completing a Tiki Hut Bar/Gazebo........when it came to ordering the tiki hut straw for the roof, Artie took it upon himself to google information online and forward me what he had found.....this made it so much easier on my part!  The bar came out great!!!
Not only is Artie extremely talented, but he is so easy to work with, is very professional, responsible and shows up for a job when he says he will.....when do you ever get that?????  I HIGHLY recommend Artie Derosa!!"

"Dave and his team did an amazing job on our master bathroom remodel project. He continually kept us informed, showed up promptly when he said he would and even gave us some great design ideas. His crew took great pride in their work."

"Nick did an awesome job with our medicine cabinets. His work went above and beyond. When he noticed too-large gaps between the doors and frames, he drove all the way to the building supply store to get better-sized parts. Would definitely recommend him."

"Excellent quality work. Project was a large basement, over 1500 sq ft. Always on time and very responsible. Reviewed progress on a regular basis and customized everything according to our wishes. Very happy with the final product. Glad we hired the pros. Highly recommended."

"John is simply amazing! I could not have asked for a better bathroom remodeling team. He and Michael! were professional, immaculate, timely, and all around extraordinary I highly recommend them."

"I hired Long Island handyman construction group to remodel a 400sf basement and bathroom in Melville. They were priced in the middle compared to other bids. I picked them thanks to their out of the box advice which saved me thousands of dollars. There was one problem with the plumbing which cost an extra 1800 dollars. The owner settled with me 50/50 even though it was a pre-existing issue. The project was started early and completed early. All mess was cleaned up and the crew was very friendly and fully aware. Very reputable guys and very easy to deal with. Thanks Moises and Eddy."

"Great guy and covers all aspects of a bathroom remodel. From design input, to cost saving suggestions to in process adjustment, John is the man. Fully committed, starts on time, works one job at a time and does great work and is a pleasure to deal with. Oh and reasonable! Thanks John we love how it came out."

"I highly recommend Loja Renovations & Fine Carpentry LLC! Manuel and Fabian were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. They helped me with several projects in my home, including mounting two TVs, installing a shoe rack, hanging a very heavy mirror, putting up window shades, and installing several shelves. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What I especially appreciated was how prompt and reliable they were. They came all the way from Corona, Queens, and arrived ready to get everything done. Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. They offer a wide range of renovation and carpentry services, and based on my experience, I would absolutely hire them again for future projects. It’s not always easy to find people who are dependable, skilled, courteous, and take pride in their work, so I’m very glad I found Manuel and Fabian."
