I have worked with many home building contractors over the years, and found Bob DeChristofaro to be very accomading, providing experience and insightful guidance, while consistently maintaining excellent communications with attention to detail. At the onset, Bob met with our Architect and directed his subcontractors to insure the accuracy of highly detailed and complex designs required by the Village building codes and Board of Architectural and Historical Review. Not everything goes perfectly with any project, and in our case primarily due to the age of our home there were many complications uncovered along the way, some requiring redesign, but Bob was always a total customer advocate, faced issues head on, and focused on our complete satisfaction with his work. Concordeâ s subcontractors provided the right skill at each stage of the project â concrete, framing, roofing, siding, decking, and trim â and were very always willing to accept guidance and changes. All the architectural design and structural requirements were ultimately followed, and Bob insured that there were no shortcuts. Further, Concorde worked well with my other direct contractors coordinating time and careful of their Electrical, HVAC, and I/A OWTS Septic infrastructure work performed at different points throughout the project. "Quite a few years ago, Artie renovated our bathroom.  Not only did he do a super job, but he made so many helpful suggestions along the way making decision making much easier.  For example, he suggested the type of tub to install and ones to avoid.  He helped us order merchandise and we were able to get a contractor's discount! 
     Recently we wanted to add a stone grilling station and a gazebo to our yard.  Everything I shopped for, I did not like or it was way over priced.....Artie sat with me and helped design a BEAUTIFUL, river rock-blue slate grilling station.  Once again, he directed me where to get the grill, type of grill, what to avoid and what would look best.  He takes the time to listen and know exactly what the customer is looking for.  He made everything by hand and the result shows....We get so many compliments from it!  He is currently completing a Tiki Hut Bar/Gazebo........when it came to ordering the tiki hut straw for the roof, Artie took it upon himself to google information online and forward me what he had found.....this made it so much easier on my part!  The bar came out great!!!
