"Bill Maibach knows what he’s doing. We have a small, older (1940) Clintonville house and he was up to every challenge it presented – from plumbing to electrical to window and tile. Bill and his colleague, Dave, took our broken, tiny space and turned it into something clean, modern and functional. Not a day goes by without our family delighting in this new space – it’s just so pretty! Bill is a fountain of knowledge – he made helpful suggestions and every time we talked about the remodel, I learned something new. Ours was a relatively small job for his company, but he was so patient and took time to explain everything to me as this was my first ever remodel. He has seen it all - and even when faced with a rotting subfloor, crumbling wiring and ancient plumbing, he repaired, replaced and upgraded. We are a one-bathroom household, and Bill’s scheduling made sure that we were never without a toilet or water. "Tim did a superb job of tearing out the old, putting in the new and repairing the active wet spots in the kitchen ceiling. I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done. Todd accommodated our needs with out any problems and both additions turned out great. It might have took longer than I expected, but the quality of the workmanship was worth it. Having contractors in the house for weeks, when you aren't home most the time, it's important to have that level of professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to others. My wife and I met Jim at a home improvement show at the fairground’s, and from there was the beginning of a family type relationship. We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. "Cortez A1 Remodeling completed a front hall coat closet renovation for me that involved stripping wallpaper, removing stipple from the closet ceiling and sanding, priming, and painting, replacing an MDF shelf with red oak and mitre cutting PVC baseboards for the closet. Francisco and his dad, a master carpenter, also took care of the fine details for a staircase remodel, adding end pieces for unfinished edges. Cortez A1 Remodeling was on time, communicated well, and competent. I have other house projects requiring plumbing and electrical work. Since this company did an excellent job on these initial projects, I hope to have them as my “go to” resource for future projects."

"Had no intention to do upgrade or remodel . The door bell ring and a young man introduced himself as Jean. Stated that his company was doing a bathroom upgrade across the street . He seemed so genuine we invited him inside to share with us his and ways his company Ark could help us. Our house was built in 1972 , so improvements were needed. We agreed with his proposal and we are very pleased. Ark replaced our old outdated bathroom and laundry room . It looks like a new addition . Jean was on site every day the was being performed. When the work was completed Jean stopped by to see if we’re satisfied"

"Dave Richards Home Improvement did an AMAZING job from start to finish on our basement. Bruce reached out to us same day as our inquiry and scheduled a in-home consultation within 1-2 days. When he came out...he was very friendly, personable and professional. He worked up and reviewed the quote with us that evening which was a very fair price. Other contractors took 10-14 days to provide quotes and were well outside our budget. Another separating characteristic of Dave Richards Home Improvement is that they have different crews for the different phases. Week 1...Flavio came out an did all the framing. Week 2...Mikey, Ashley and Brian came out to do plumbing/electrical/insulation. Week 3...Drywall crew came out to hang/patch/sand. Week 4 & 5...Flooring crew lays LVP/molding and Mikey's crew paints/finishing fixtures. Needless to say they are super efficient and flexible with our needs. The project was completed and exceeded our expectations...with the bonus being that our space was useable prior family guests coming for Christmas. We really enjoyed working on our basement project with Dave Richards Home Improvement and highly recommend them to anyone.
