"We worked with Adrian (owner of MAZ Contractor Services) on bathroom remodeling for both the master bath and guest bathroom. Both of the bathrooms were old and dated. It was a gut job and total renovation for the big bathroom, converting tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower. The second bathroom was remodeled on a budget (new granite countertop, new paint, new LVP flooring, new epoxy paint for the bathroom wall tile, new LED ceiling light). The final results from both bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL! They look high class with high quality finishes, great design and color scheme. We are very happy and satisfied with the remodeling and the price. These are the things that set Adrian and his company/crew apart from other construction groups out there: 1) Once they start the work, they come every day to work on it. If there is a waiting time (for custom countertop or seamless glass installation), they let us know clearly when and why. 2) Their work is high quality! The tile installation is extremely well done (my dad used to work in tiles so I know). And everything else is done at a high standard. 3) Adrian is on top of the project, organized, is great with communications. We felt very comfortable discussing design options with him and changes during the project. 4) Adrian and his crew kept the mess to a minimum during construction and were timely when they showed up for work. 5) Adrian and his crew can do other renovation or home improvement projects, so we asked them to do exterior repairs and painting. The house looks brand new outside! 6) Adrian is transparent about his prices. The estimate was reasonable, and as we kept adding more things to the project, the additional cost was reasonable. We finished 2 bathrooms remodeling and a complete exterior update seamlessly with Adrian and his crew. No delays, no drama, no hidden costs, no communication issues, no headaches. We know we found a trustworthy contractor in Adrian and his group. And we will use their services again in the future! We give him our highest recommendation!"

"Construction start was seriously delayed beyond estimate. Part of the delay was permitting (I accompanied owner during a full-day of "meeting, waiting, repeat" as we migrated through City of Houston permitting process) but 2 months between contract and permit and then 3 more months to complete is excessive. Once begun, construction was very professional and deck is very well-built. I was left with a "bad taste" when, after paying the agreed upon final payment, Sullivent surprised me with a bill for an additional $450. Over my objections, the original bid and permit request ("we'll adjust the estimate later") were for a 1-foot railing (with a 10-foot drop on the other side!) rather than the 3-foot railings I wanted and that are required by code. Apparently, the adjustment then didn't include staining cost and thus the surprise bill, accompanied by "pay it if you want to" which I found insulting...either I owe you or I don't. His belated and guiltily presented bill made me wonder why he didn't just waive the charge because of his error, his admission that the project took way too long, and it was such a small portion of the nearly $18,000 project. I paid the extra fee, but wondered if there were other "errors" lurking that I would be billed for later."

"Mathew Pinkard was very easy to work with during our fireplace remodel. He demo'd the old marble, raised the hearth 4 inches and retiled with Mexican tile we ordered online. The whole project took two days and was completed on time and on budget. Mat was easy to communicate with and we hope to use him in the future on other remodel projects."
