"It was the first time I have hired a contractor, and I could not be more thrilled with the job Rick Vizziello did! I hired Rick to replace the subflooring and tub in my bathroom but ended up hiring him to tile the bathroom floor, fix the flashing on my chimney, install basement windows, replace a rotten deck step, and put in a new hot water heater. He did a beautiful job with the bathroom remodel and all of my additional requests; I now have the bathroom I dreamed of! He was flexible when I asked him to complete additional tasks around my home, and pointed out improvements that I could make myself to keep my energy bills down. Rick walked me through the entire process, what I could expect, and how I could get the most value on my limited budget. His price was fair and I got a terrific value- he charged what he estimated. He was very responsive to my questions, kept my home clean, and did fantastic work. I do not think there is anything he can not do! Not only is Rick a fantastic contractor, but he is an exceptional person- he was unfailingly kind and good-humored, even when we hit challenges in my old home. "As others here have said, Sandro is a real professional -- he is thoughtful, he listens, he has great suggestions, he inspires confidence and is honest and fair. We had an old existing deck which needed new decking -- it seemed at the outset like the supports underneath would be fine -- but when the decking came off there was a lot more to do -- Sandro was unfazed by it, he knew exactly what was needed and addressed it without any fuss -- and made the deck stronger and better and more secure. And it looks amazing! He really cares about the outcome -- he is a craftsman -- he is always doing that extra little bit that makes the whole job come together. He also did a big project for us after the deck -- replacing old worn out exterior trim in preparation for new gutter installation -- and here again we found some unexpected issues which he fixed for us -- expertly and beautifully. The result looks great! If you want to work with a true pro, who is a straight shooter and a real craftsman -- Sandro is your guy! We are grateful to him."
