Chris and his crew worked with us throughout the process to make optimal design and layout decisions, make crucial choices for electrical and plumbing, navigate the inspections and give us as much basement as we could get for our budget. We were impressed with Chris's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make things right. While we did go a little over budget, the choices we made improved the original plan and were lifestyle design decisions. Basement remodels are no short-term project. Over the several months and different phases, Chris's crew was polite, on-time, and maintained a clean environment. My son even grew a fondness for Chris, giving him hugs when he'd arrive and missing him when the project was complete. We are thrilled with our new basement. We now have a warm, cozy, and well-lit place to work and relax and the kids have a space all their own to play. It's almost like having a new house. "EUTR just wrapped up a remodel in my home – we did the kitchen, an existing bathroom, and then added a new bathroom. The work is outstanding, and the process was smooth, easy, and dare I say fun! Kim was a lifesaver when it came to making design choices and purchasing. She offered honest opinions and helpful tips, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have had her as part of the process. I work from home, so I was present every step of the way for the renovation. Jay was so easy and fun to work with!
